Onsite management team(two people) Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. Team should have a working knowledge of Title 25, Mobilehome Residency Law, general Landlord/Tenant law, Fair housing law etc. Friendly, outgoing and motivated.
Office duties will require some computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel and Word, email and internet literate. Responsibilities will include rent collection, maintaining office records, resident files, preparation and service of notices, rent increases and other documents as needed for resident tenancy and eviction. Prospective purchaser screening, processing and completion of required documents. Prepare and execute rental agreements and Rules & Regulations. Other duties include daily telephone calls, weekly reports, bank deposits, enforcing rules and regulations, and resolving matters with residents in a professional manner.
Maintenance duties require experience and skill in electrical, plumbing, landscaping, painting. Janitorial duties to maintain common areas such as clubhouse, community pool, laundry rooms, and vacant spaces. Duties include lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, bending and stooping. Placement and removal of electrical, gas and water meters as needed. Clearing sewer drains as needed and other repairs that are necessary to maintain the park at a standard that passes periodic inspections. Enforce park rules and regulations relating to tenant's responsibility regarding their respective spaces.
