Resort Couple: Housekeeping & Yard & Maintenance. - Boulder Junction, WI

This job is great for a couple that loves the out doors -- fishing, hiking, swimming, canoeing, etc. There are boats, kayaks, canoes and bikes available for the employee's use.  Work duties - Housekeeping, laundry, operate dishwasher, yard work, Breakfast cook if talented. Work is done in the mornings with afternoons free. Job is open mid-May through mid-September. Work about 20 hours per week each of you. There are additional work opportunities in the town 5 miles away at restaurants. 

There is a very small cabin available at the resort but it would be best if the employees had their own RV parked at an RV site near here. The park fees would be paid for. 

Salary is negotiable. 

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Manager Couple for Lodging Business - Rockerville, SD

• Manager couple will oversee 2 full-time housekeepers and often work alongside them, when necessary, to make sure rooms are turned prior to the 3pm check-in time. This task involves cleaning and inventorying 22 rooms (13 in the motel strip and 9 in 3 separate cabins) upon guest checkout, daily towel exchange, and laundry.
• Manager couple will oversee 1 full-time maintenance person and work alongside them, when necessary, to keep the 2.5 acre grounds pristine. This task involves lawn maintenance, building up-keep, special projects, and more.
• Manager couple will manage the store. This will require computer literacy as the role involves taking reservations on a Lodging Automation software system and POS registers for store purchases. Responsible for guest relations, reservations, store sales, inventory control, check-ins and guest information. Great customer service skills are required.
• Manager couple will be responsible for setup and hosting of continental breakfast each morning for the Lodge and Cabin guests.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience managing motel preferred but not required.
• Must have excellent references and a background check will be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• At least one person on the team must have property maintenance knowledge.

• We offer 2 days off per week to enjoy and explore the Black Hills.
• $25,000 combined salary for a 7-month season (distributed over 7 or 12 months), divided between the couple.

RV Park Managers - Brownsville, TX

We are looking for Summer Management for our RV Park.   The position requires a couple with office and maintenance skills.  We are looking for a couple for April 1, 2018, to September 30, 2018.   We are looking for couples that are willing to dedicate time and attention to all aspects of managing an RV Park.  

You will be asked to work thirty hours a week per couple.  Management experience required. Seasonal Live-In B&B Innkeeper(s) - Cripple Creek, CO

Bed and Breakfast located in Cripple Creek, CO at an elevation of 9500 feet, is looking for a live-in 
innkeeper, preferably a couple, to run the facility for the 2018 season (Mid May to Mid October). 
This is a large boutique hotel that acts like a B and B. The ideal candidate(s) will be positive, 
energetic,and must be very hands on in all aspects of everyday operations. 

Prior innkeeping experienced preferred. Good computer and telephone skills.
Preferably familiar with Resnexus reservation system and Booking.com. 

Innkeepers quarters are provided as is time off 1 or 2 days mid week. 

Duties include: 
Greeting and registering guests, answering phones, making reservations, and collecting payments.  
Cooking a full breakfasts for all guests on Saturday/Sunday and a Continental breakfast Monday - Friday. 
Supervising housekeeping staff, managing kitchen inventory and doing the grocery shopping. 
Handling any emergencies with guests and property maintenance.
