We need work campers at our Resort.

We're located in Rockaway Beach, Oregon right on the beach! We have immediate positions open now and need a management couple to join the fun.  All hours are paid at an hourly rate of $10.25. You'll have plenty of time to enjoy the surrounding area, fishing, crabbing, hiking clamming and all the area attractions. Included are free cable, laundry, propane annd electric. 

What will you be doing? Outside there is some light maintenance - painting, site cleaning,maybe some carpentry, greeting campers and guiding them to their site. In the office, reservations, record keeping and phone work.

We are 45 minutes from Medford, 30 minutes from Klamath Falls and about an hour from Ashland.  It's rural yet not far from the urban convenience. We look for individuals and working couple with the zeal and passion on guest services, dedication to the day-to-day operation of the business, and the zeal to launch and manage a new store.   We will also be expanding the business to include a 12-room lodging facility in the next 1-2 year so the candidate must be flexible and willing to adapt to changes.  Desired candidate must be pleasant, honest, courteous, hospitable with commitment, zeal and passion for the business.  Opportunity to reside in all utilities paid facility. 

Business Operation Role:

-Manage Store front and  & provide exceptional guest service

-Provide accurate reporting of cash register 

-Ensure smooth day-to-day resort operation

-Perform cleaning and maintenance of the store area

-Certain level of creativity and latitude is expected

-Oversees the works of others like vendors & suppliers, part-time workers

-Ability to build strong relationship with guests and employees and establish high standard of work quality.

-Active and able to connect with local businesses

-Perform variety of tasks as and when required

Maintenance/Project Role:

-Skilled handyman able to work on plumbing, minor electrical, sheet rock, carpentry and finishing

-Paint, clean, and general repairs at the facility

-Upkeep common ground, mow lawn, yard work and landscape related tasks, can handle and tolerate cold and snowy season

-Maintain all lighting of the property

-Keep good record of maintenance equipments, building supplies and working tools

-Keep an eye on the security of the property

-Perform variety of tasks including frontline tasks as and when required

-Good understanding of technology and has the ability to manage Front Desk role if required

Preferably a couple or someone who has store front working experience or hospitality business and understand the nature of this business lifestyle.  Successful candidates will be provided with all utilities paid (PGE, water, limited wifi and no cable) and a salary of $2800 a month.

STARTING IN LATE APRIL
1826 historic homestead in southwestern New Hampshire needs a dependable non-smoking 
person or couple to provide care for this second home and 2 large but gentle adult dogs
(St. Bernard mix and Newfoundland) while the owners are away during the work weeks.  
The four bedroom/3 bathroom house has a newly renovated kitchen-family room with 
a woodstove on 53 acres.  Located in a quiet country setting with a post and beam barn,
miles of stone walls, orchards, pond, streams, mature gardens, 200 tap sugarbush, forest
trails, 20 honeybee hives, fields and woodlands. 

Duties include caring for the dogs, keeping the house clean, small home
maintenance projects and gardening.  It is expected that these duties will take
ten to fifteen hours per week.

You will be provided housing, utilities, internet access and a monthly food allowance. This is not a paid 
position. Your accommodations include a private bedroom and access to a full bath within the
house that would be shared when guests of the owners are at the house (5-10 weekends
per year). The caretaker shall have one weekend off each month and two weeks vacation
annually. Owners plan to be at the home about ten to 15 days per month.

Minimum qualifications: One year commitment starting in the second half of April. References, High
School diploma or equivalent, able to communicate well in English, caretaker experience, previous
 dog ownership, basic maintenance and gardening skills.  Must pass a background check.

very flexible, with no set hours with the exception of keeping a regular
schedule for the dogs.

We are located in western Sullivan County NH, 1 mile away from the covered bridge

Windsor.  We are within 30 minutes from the cosmopolitan towns of Hanover, New
Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College)and Woodstock, Vermont and 2.5 hours
from Boston.  X-Country ski/snowshoe/hiking trails are in abundance on the property
and nearby. Gas and a grocery chain store are within 5 minutes, box store shopping areas 
are within 20 minutes.

A car and valid driver's license will be necessary in order for you to run
errands.  Ability to work unsupervised and have aptitude/experience on small
home maintenance projects is greatly preferred.
