Front Desk and Maintenance - Nashville, TN

Looking for Front Desk and Maintenance Team Members to join our team. At our KOA, the guest experience and providing first-class customer service is our top priority, so guest-oriented and hospitality professionals please apply. 

Front Desk: providing exceptional customer service to new and returning guests both in person and over the phone. 'Selling' the customer experience of the park as well as the local area, assisting with arranging tours, processing reservations, arrivals, and reports through KampSight. Other duties as assigned.

Maintenance: providing exceptional customer service to new and returning guests by creating a fun, professional, and helpful experience outside of the office. Assist guests by escorting them to their site upon arrival, delivering firewood, filling propane, and ensuring their site is in proper working order. Skilled maintenance knowledge is preferred as we work to improve the property in the off-season and make necessary repairs in-season. Light housekeeping of bathrooms and unfurnished cabins may be required in the off-season.

These positions will be paid an hourly rate, depending on experience, and will also include an RV site and utilities (FHU back-in) at no cost. A propane and store discount of 10% will be offered, as well as $10.00 per week in laundry allowance.
