We are seeking a couple to manage our 30 unit property located in Watsonville, California.

We are looking for a two person team that is honest, dependable and self-motivated.  Prior experience preferred as in-house resident manager.

This is a full-time year round position.

Skills:

Work Campers needed Immediately- On the Beach - Rockaway Beach, OR

We are accepting applications for work campers immediately, with at least a 6 motnh commitment.  If you are looking for a relaxed stay on the Oregon coast  in exchange for duties around the park, we are the park for you!  The park is located on the beach just 12 miles north of Tillamook, near some of the best fishing, clamming, kite flying, beach combing and whale watching on the coast.  We are known as the 'quiet, peaceful park' on the Oregon coast.

We are looking for cheerful, outgoing couples to help us run our park. You will need your own RV.  Your site and amenities of water, sewer, garbage, electricity, propane, wi-fi, cable tv and laundry facilities are deducted from your gross pay at $250 mo. Pay is $10.25 per hour per person for every hour worked.  30 to 40 hours per week per person depending on campgrounds needs.  A criminal background check and drug test are required prior to hiring.

Compensation includes salary as well as bonus based on sales. Salary range including bonuses is $36,000 to $55,000 per year. Salary is commensurate with experience. An onsite apartment is provided in the hotel with utilities included. This living space cannot accommodate anyone other than the Manager Couple.
