Open Position: Property Manager Team
Location: Auburn/Federal Way, WA
Responsibilities: As the key onsite members of the Property Manager Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and building a sense of community within a large all-age manufactured housing property. Recurring duties will include:
Community Engagement:
Cultivate a positive and inclusive community environment.
Represent the community and set an example for living.
Leasing and Marketing:
Conduct property tours and perform rental agreement transfers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement creative strategies for attracting new residents to new homes.
Maintenance Oversight:
Coordinate routine vendor maintenance and address some landscaping and common area needs promptly.
Ensure tenants' rental lots are well-maintained, meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Financial Management:
Manage rent collections and enforce rule/regulation agreements.
Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Vendor Management:
Work with contractors and vendors to coordinate property improvements and repairs.
Build proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Compliance and Legal Matters:
Stay informed about relevant housing laws and regulations.
Ensure the property is in compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, preferably in manufactured housing is ideal - but our team of experts is able to train a willing team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with relevant housing laws and regulations is ideal.
Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Description:
As the on site caretaker couple, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and upkeep of the property. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Animal Care: Feeding, and general care for all farm animals.
Gardening: Planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting fruits and vegetables. Managing composting and organic waste.
Landscaping and Property Maintenance: Lawn mowing, trimming, planting, and maintaining flower beds and outdoor spaces. General repair and maintenance tasks to keep the property safe and operational.
General Upkeep: Assisting with cleaning and maintaining the farm equipment and buildings, including the main house, barns, and outbuildings.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in farming, greenhouse management, animal care, or related fields is advantageous.
Strong work ethic and a passion for rural living, agriculture, and animals.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team and take direction.
Basic handyman skills for maintenance and repair tasks.
Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Live-In Care Provider Couple

Sunridge Ranch is seeking responsible caring married couples to job share, 7 days on and 7 days off, for four men who reside in the home. Sunridge Ranch is located just outside the quaint college town of Ellensburg two hours east from Seattle.The ranch home is specifically designed to promote independent living for four men with developmental disabilities and utilizes various smart-home technologies designed to support this population.
The care philosophy of Sunridge encourages positive reinforcement with respect to each Resident. Our Live-In Care Providers are responsible for overseeing the Residents’ established daily routines and caring for the home. We strive to integrate all the typical daily opportunities experienced by individuals into a unifying whole, so that these men’s lives are truly as rich and fulfilling as possible. The Ranch is constructed on an elevated parcel and features expansive living spaces and beautiful views.
Work Schedule:
- Live-In Care Providers operate on a “7 days on duty and 7 days off duty” rotation.
- During their 7 days on duty, the providers will reside in the master suite in the main house. The main bedroom is“flipped”like a hotel room between rotating couples.
Position Compensation starting at:
- Hourly starting wage equivalent ranges up to $80,000k per year, per couple, tax-exempt.
- Regular wage increases based on hours worked along with a comprehensive benefit package including high-quality health insurance, PTO, etc.
- Housing, utilities, and food are provided as well as a house SUV to drive when on-duty.
- Housing or stipend is provided for off duty week.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; experience working with developmentally disabled individuals preferred, but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must meet the training and certification requirements necessary to become a Washington State Individual Care Provider (IP).
- A position at Sunridge Ranch will be contingent upon this certification and the results of a WA state background check.
- Caregivers need to be physically and mentally capable of implementing each Residents’ care plan which can include daily medications, personal hygiene care, behavioral support, meal planning and cooking, housework, light yard maintenance, etc.
- Must be reliable, flexible, and passionate about enriching the lives of those with developmental disabilities and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Caretaker(s) for Private Club-Position Available June 1st 2024 - Delaware County, OK

A private club located on, rural, forest setting, 180-acre property bordered by beautiful medium-sized natural stream and wildlife management area seeks full-time caretakers to be responsible for the management, appearance, and cleanliness of the property and club member lodge. After 12 years of employment, our current caretakers will be retiring. Desired skills include grounds keeping, lawn maintenance (20 acre), tractor and chainsaw operation, contractor coordination, water system maintenance, general carpentry, cleaning, and ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Must have excellent communication skills, driver’s license, no criminal record, and be able to lift 80 pounds or more.
Salary is 31k. Potential for an additional 6k+ is likely via independent contracting w/ club members & cabin owners. Full Time Property Manager Couple Needed - Northern Montana

FULL TIME PROPERTY MANAGER COUPLE NEEDED for 160 acre property north of Babb, MT approx 5 miles from the Canadian border and 12 miles from Glacier National Park. There are 5 residences (the caretaker house and 4 vacation rentals), a bunkhouse RV & shower house (vacation rental) and out buildings including a newer 30X30 shop, an alpaca pole barn, an older 4-stall barn. All are in good shape, needing general maintenance and repairs occasionally. The outbuildings need some painting and repairs. The fences are up but need maintenance and some replacement. Equipment includes 1 ATV, a newer Kubota tractor with loader attachment, box blade and brush hog, a pickup for Ranch use. The equipment would require regular maintenance and upkeep.
There are six alpaca and a llama. The alpacas are sheared annually by a professional shearer and their fiber processed. The Llama is sheared every other year.
The property consists of hayfields, a fenced horse pasture with water, and native grass grazing. There are areas of dense aspen. Most of the property is left wild to encourage wildlife, as it is part of a wildlife migration corridor between Glacier Park and the Sweet Grass Hills. The views are amazing. All in all, it is a beautiful piece of property, lots of potential.
In addition to property repair/maintenance, the Property Managers would be responsible for managing the Vacation Rentals which would include handling all reservations and correspondence, greeting and working with guests to ensure a pleasant stay, and providing housekeeping. A 2 night minimum is required, and most guests stay 3 – 4 nights, so it isn’t a nightly turnover like a motel. I am looking for self sufficient Property Managers that have experience in living/working in a remote situation, experience in ranch work, & have a positive attitude. Please be aware there are long hours in the summer months. Property skills needed are basic ranch skills including equipment operation and maintenance, building maintenance and repair, barb-wire fencing and land management including noxious weed management, animal care, and ability to relate to ranch guests.
Skills needed to manage the vacation rentals include guest services/hospitality experience, strong administrative skills and background, strong organizational skills, good verbal and written communication skills and computer skills. Flowers and gardening skills, & social media skills a big plus. Knowledge of Glacier Park hiking, wildlife etc. preferred.
A valid driver’s license is required, candidates must be drug free and pass a background check. A passport is needed if planning to go into Canada. All homes are smoke-free, pets are acceptable if not disruptive to the ranch guests. A two bedroom house would be provided and pasture if you have a horse or two. The house is all electric and up to $120/mo provided toward the electrical bill. A well system was installed (it is good water), and garbage service is provided. Satellite TV is available but not provided. The caretaker residence is a comfortable frame house, all appliances including a washer/dryer, hardwood floors, full basement for storing supplies, great views, approx 1040 sq ft each level. There is a wood stove installed to keep the heat bill down in the winter. A cell phone and laptop w/ internet for Ranch business use/recordkeeping are provided. I would like to get feeder steers for beef and would provide the caretaker one-quarter beef/year, and add chickens for fresh eggs. The property could be as self sufficient as a person would want.
