WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?

PART TIME RESIDENT MANAGER

The position is available immediately, the apartment building is in Santa Rosa, CA and we are looking for a permanent, part time couple to manage 30-32 units.  Most of the admistrative work is done at the main office, minimum requirements would include:

Walking the property daily to discover any maintenance or safety issues that need attention

Reporting any general maintenance needs for the building to the office (tenants have their own portals to report issues)

Unlock/lock laundry room daily and pool area daily only during May 15 to October 15

Greet prospective new tenants and show them vacant units and around the building

Serve Notices when requested

Oversee vendors sent to the property to perform work or deliver items

We offer coverage for vacations on an as needed basis up to 4 weeks a year except for emergencies. 

Compensation is offered in the form of a rent credit and salary

If you have maintenance experience and wish to make additional money by doing maintenance around the property, we would be open to negotiating this.

Hope Inn Christ, an aftercare home for young men getting out of the juvenile system, has an immediate opening for a couple or an individual to live and work with youth in the home.  We are committed to providing a nurturing, Christ-centered environment for our youth.  The mission of Hope Inn Christ is to equip young men to become the person God created them to be.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide weekend care for 1-5 young men (ages 16-21) that have been incarcerated in a Texas Juvenile Justice Department facility for 2 days at least every other week.
  • Provide transportation for youth to appointments, work, community service and church
  • Teach and model Hope Inn Christ values and ethical behaviors
  • Plan and Prepare meals for youth to eat together
  • Develop a basic understanding of the developmental and spiritual need of the youth
  • Responsible for keeping all medication in a locked closet and administering medications timely and accurately and keeping records according to state standards
  • Comply with Hope Inn Christ house rules

 

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates would be married couple or a male with at least 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth and/or ex-offenders
  • Mature, strong and compassionate individual who has a heart for troubled youth
  • Ability to set appropriate limits and boundaries
  • Be able to keep the youth’s information confidential
  • Must have the energy and flexibility to meet the changing needs of day-to-day operations
  • Strong work ethic
  • The right candidate for this position will be a steady individual has a strong faith in Jesus and desires to help youth succeed
  • Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Ability to recognize redemptive qualities in youth and speak life into their existence

 

Benefits:

  • Starting salary of $300.00 per weekend
  • Vehicle and gas provided for transporting youth

Providence Home is a six (6) – bed, non-therapeutic emergency shelter located in historic Southport, NC. We are seeking a couple or a team of two single individuals who will function as Residential Childcare Workers (House Parents) providing care, guidance, and support for youth ages 10-17. Previous youth care experience preferred; minimum of high school diploma or GED required. Applicants must have a valid Drivers License and an excellent driving record, be able to pass criminal background checks and be able to work 7 days on (with site residence) and 7 days off (at your personal residence).

 

House parents will be responsible for 24-hour care and supervision of residents. Duties include preparing meals, transporting residents to approved activities, ensuring the home is compliant and with state licensing requirements, perform light maintenance in the home, maintain upkeep of outside grounds and maintain accurate records. No children or pets allowed on the premises. Based on experience, Salary, and Benefits Negotiable
