Looking for an active retired couple to be Onsite managers for two adjacent manufactured home parks in the Medford/Phoenix, Oregon area. Residence or RV parking space included. Must have maintenance and landscape maintenance experience. 

Position responsibilities include management of a small private water system, office responsibilities, routine landscape maintenance of common areas including sprinkler system, turnovers for a couple of park owned rentals and cleaning and maintenance of a laundry facility in one of the parks. Pay will depend on whether the onsite has their own RV or the park owner provides housing in a manufactured home. Hours vary between 20-40 hours a week. Job description available on request.

Domestic Couples Needed - Montebello, NY

Seeking a very attentive and experienced domestic couple for family's private home in Montebello, New York.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, cooking for the family and guests (experience with kosher a plus) and stocking the house with necessary supplies.  In addition, maintenance and upkeep of the exterior of the house including some handyman projects, general maintenance, and some painting etc. There is a lawn service that looks after the garden but it will require general upkeep from time to time..

The family uses the house infrequently during the winter and will be there almost full time from Memorial Day until Labor Day. A large part of this job will be maintenance and upkeep of the property throughout the year.

We need a team who is energetic, self-motivated and can maintain a guest-ready and clean home at all times.

Must be able to drive and have a clean driving record, speak relatively fluent English and have former experience in private luxury homes. MUST have work authorization to work in the USA.

Minimum five years recent experience in a high-end private residence

Responsibilities (Property Manager):

• All facets of day to day operations:  guest/tenant relations, staff supervision, sales/marketing.
• Collect rent and manage evictions.
• Sales/marketing orientation to help fill vacanies in mobile home and RV.
• Make deposits.
• Computer proficiency (Office, email, etc), bookkeeping.

• Enforce park rules.
