Seeking self-motivated working couple to manage a beautiful 85 space Mobile Home Park.
One person in the office doing all aspects of office work. MUST be friendly and have excellent customer service skills, must be computer literate. Responsibilities include; answering the phone, assisting residents with park issues, rent collection, assisting potential residents with the application process. Other person outside doing all aspects of property maintenance – cleaning/blowing streets, maintaining utilities, small repairs, small laundry room, handing out notices to residents etc. Must be able to work outside, enforce park rules and have experience with septic systems.
Competitive Salary plus very nice housing included. Must pass a credit and background check.
This is a part time (25+/- hours per week), long term position for both persons.

Resident managers with Access Self Storage are responsible for the maintenance and management of their facilities. This includes guiding potential customers into the storage and/or truck rental solution that best suits their needs, working and fostering relationships with our current tenants, and the cleaning and maintenance of the facility itself. Resident managers have the freedom to divide work hours between them as they see fit and have two days off as a couple each week.
The position includes a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at the facility and all utilities. Salary includes a revenue-based bonus and a shared commission on truck rental revenue. Resident managers receive paid vacation, invitations to company-sponsored events, and priority access to company-owned vacation destinations including The Green Iguana Hotel in St. Thomas and The Hunt House in Crested Butte, Colorado.

These individuals will be part of a team, and responsible for maximizing the rental potential of a self-storage facility location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping and security. These individuals will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business, through outside the box thinking, developing effecting branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers.
All individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally while servicing customers and both must have the ability to perform office duties. Additional responsibilities include community involvement through marketing initiatives.
All Individual’s must be able to perform office duties as well as light maintenance on property such as removal of weeds, light electrical, light plumbing, cleaning units, fixing doors and removing debris. Individuals must be able to endure exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
All positions require a valid driver’s license and employees are required to maintain a good driving record to operate motor vehicles.
Additional skills a plus:
- Experience in construction or maintenance projects
- High level of customer service skills

- Retail sales background
