Property Manager for Mobile Home Park - Cross Lanes, WV

- Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner

Operating Manager - Stoughton, WI

Looking for a operating couple for a 50 room franchise hotel located in southern Wisconsin, 15 minutes away from Madison.
Job entitle includes but not limited too, operating the front desk including managing reservations, checking guest in and problem solving whenever situation arises and folding and washing laundry. Housekeeper:He/she will work on a small team with general cleaning of public areas, communal kitchen, private cabins & guest rooms.
Maintenance: He/she will assist with maintaining the entire Wilbur facility. He/she must enjoy working outdoors and being hands on with pool/flume cleaning, landscape work, some carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, etc. Any professional certifications in any of these skills is a plus.
Front Desk Reception: Assists with answering telephone & email inquiries, checking guests in/out, cashiering and more. Must be strong in multi-tasking, have good typing/data entry skills and enjoy social interaction.
The individuals/couple must enjoy working in a quiet, peaceful environment with a small handful of other colleagues and residents. They will possess naturally warm smiles, positive attitudes and will act as stewards of a place rich with a history of healing. Experience living and working “off the grid” and/or a remote environment is beneficial but not mandatory. The successful candidate(s) have an open mind and willingness to embrace this lifestyle.

Maintenance/Registration - Jackson, WY

Join our team for a summer season in beautiful Jackson Hole, WY! We have a very fun and busy campground with updated facilities along the Snake River. Some people will be mainly working in the office, taking phone reservation for campground and rafting, checking in guests, store sales and merchandising. Others will be escorting guests to their sites, maintaining the cabins, maintaining the grounds and interfacing with the guests
We are looking for couples that can work 40 hours a week and that can stay until October 15th. Site is included in your stay and we pay for all hours worked. Pay is DOE with an hourly bonus for those who stay to the end of our season.
