Full-time position available for a friendly and professional "Go-Getter" RESIDENT team to manage a down town Phoenix self-storage facility. As the property managers, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, rent collection and cost control. Success in this position will require a high level of drive, salesmanship, and attention to detail. Management teams must live on premises.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operating the office during normal working hours
- In-person sales
- Answering telephone inquiries (telephone sales)
- Responding to email inquiries
- Collecting rent, including proactively calling customers with past due accounts
- Completing administrative tasks
- Inspecting / monitoring grounds daily
- Supervise maintenance staff
- Completing move-in paperwork / inspections
- Responding to customer service requests
- Cleaning vacated units and perform other light physical labor / maintenance
- Processing auction units in compliance with statute
Must be able to pass a background check.
Successful candidate must display enthusiasm, good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, thoroughness, and reliability. Prior self-storage management experience is not mandatory but a high quality work ethic is required. The ideal candidate will work well with little supervision and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.

Job Description:
Responsible for phone, internet and walk-in inquiry conversions - Renting Storage Units
Renting U-Haul trucks, trailers and tow dollies
Collecting Payments
Making Collection Calls
Maximizing Occupancy and Rents
Maximizing Revenue and Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility
Responsible for recommendations and implementation of local marketing initiatives
Marketing to local businesses and apartment managers
Responsible for customer service (rentals, payments, sales and customer issues)
Ability to be driven by performance goals
Responsible for maintaining customer files and auction statuses
Responsible for maintaining and improving facility appearance
Responsible for daily walkthrough of our facility
Responsible for daily bank runs/deposits
Light to heavy maintenance and clean-up work required
Responsible for cleaning units and interior buildings
Self-Storage management experience a plus

+ Ability to manage third-party contractors hired for various capital improvement projects Total Compensation for the Facility Manager AND Maintenance Manager includes:
+ Housing provided for $500 rent/month ($250 per manager) with all utilities paid for
+ $3,640/month ($1,820 per manager), paid as hourly wages
+ SIGNIFICANT potential for commission if performance incentives are met

Job Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Maintenance & Supervise Housekeeping/Lodge staff - Park Rapids, MN

We are currently seeking a working camping couple to assist with the daily upkeep and maintenance of the Resort and Grounds along with supervising the Housekeeping & Lodge staff. These positions are available now through September. Experience is helpful and training is available.
We are one of the top full service Resorts in Park Rapids with 11 lakeside cabins, boat & motor rentals and Lodge with a commercial kitchen providing "made-to-order" food service. Located in the beautiful Two Inlets State Forest on Two Inlets Lake just north of Park Rapids Minnesota or south of Itasca State Park known for the Headwaters of the Mississippi River. We are tucked in the gorgeous northwoods and the summers here are breathtaking. It's truly a piece of God's Country.
Job description:
Assisiting with any maintenance of the Resort equipment, boat & motors, cabins, etc.
Grounds keeping, gardening, beach & shoreline.
Supervise housekeeping and inspection of cleaned cabins.
Supervise Lodge staff and helping with food safety, food prep, POS cashier etc.
Most of all providing wonderful customer service to our guests.
Must have your own Full Hookup Unit in very good condition. If you have a pet it must have updated shot records, not a barker and has to stay at your camp site. Our Resort has a no pet policy so "our" pets can't freely roam throughout the resort.
A full hookup site 50/30amp with wifi and garbage is provided. Coin-op Laundry is available on site. Free use of our complimentary guest items (if available); kayaks, canoe, stand up paddleboards, and fitness center. Additional pay of $8.00/hr per person and up to 40 hrs/week and includes all Fridays and Saturdays. Must pass a background check.
