Live-in couple sought for a private residence in Windermere Florida.

The property is a second home and the owners are seeking a live-in couple to manage all aspects of running the property to a very high standard while they are not in residence. Accordingly, the role includes all daily interior domestic duties as well as general daily exterior maintenance and small repairs, as well as coordination/oversight of various tradesmen providing services to the property, such as weekly gardeners, pool cleaners etc. When the owners are in residence, duties will include all of the above as well as assistance with food preparation and entertaining duties.

The position includes the use by the couple of a fully seperate one bedroom apartment, with all utilities and similar costs paid for by the employer. Prevous similar experience essential. At least two references and a driving license will be a required. Live-in applicants only. Applicants must be non-smokers and fluency in English is essential. No pets and no children. Applicants must have existing status or right to work in the USA. Applicants without such staus/rights will not be considered.

Aggregate salary of $45k per annum offered for the couple.

Domestic Couple Required - Godalming, Surrey

We are looking for a cheerful, honest and hard working young live-in couple (OVER 20's only) in a stable relationship to provide help for a busy family of five. DOG, PONY & HEN FRIENDLY couple essential! In return for your hardwork, reliability and honesty you will be provided with very comfortable, separate on-site accommodation including paid-for utility bills, including SKY+ TV and internet.

We need a housekeeper for 35 hours/week - A high standard of housekeeping duties will be expected and will include cleaning, washing up, ironing, hoovering, changing beds etc. You will occasionally be required to supervise children after school and in the holidays (two boys aged 16yrs and 14yrs who are both at boarding school, and one girl aged 11yrs). Baby/dog sitting up to twice a week also required as part of the contract.

The other half of the couple will be required to provide 35 hours per week of flexible help with gardening, general property maintenance and of garden machinery and occasional errands in the local area. We will also require you for driving purposes on occasions, therefore a clean, valid driving licence is vital. For this we will provide access to a car (if you do not have your own transport) and for use in your free time, for which you will be responsible for the cost of fuel. We are situated in a very pretty village close to Godalming/Guildford. Local train station is 2 miles away and the journey to central London is 55 mins. As a couple you will also be required to look after the house and dogs when we are away in the school holidays and the odd weekend if necessary.

This is a very special job that requires physical labor such as planting crops, maintaining and moving irrigation equipment on 15 acres of wildlife plots; overseeing, caring for and harvesting 12 acres of grapes; mowing lawns on a riding mower, and maintaining a private road. If you're a couple, one member could be in charge of the infrequent internal housekeeping, garden-tending, and dog-watching and would be paid additionally on an hourly basis. To do a great job, you need to be a self-starter because you're in charge of a large section of an even larger ranch. You will be working mostly by yourself under the supervision of a ranch manager who lives on another section (two hours away from this property) where our cattle graze.

A team mentality helps a lot. The ranch is an hour from the nearest towns of Lewiston, Idaho and Clarkston, Washington. Hunting, fishing and land management for the benefit of wildlife habitat are top priorities for our little piece of paradise. We often travel and your job requires you to be on premise, especially during peak fishing and hunting seasons when trespassers must be kept at bay. You should be comfortable with a restful environment. City-lovers need not apply.
