Two person team desired to operate park in Cahokia IL. You will be reporting to my wife and me. No corporate bull and you are not micro managed. Very nice double wide to live in. Park has 120 spaces with about 78 occupied lots.
You can see the Arch in downtown St. Louis from the property. Inside person works on marketing and rent collection ( rent collection is generally a 2 hour period Monday - Satruday) outside person cuts grass, cures violations, repairs streets etc.

This opening is for an energetic, ministry-minded, full-time Maintenance person to help steward and care for the homes, buildings, and grounds God has blessed us with. The position will require a person who can take care of our basic day to day upkeep and who will commit to making this "their place." While a general knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC would be helpful, we hire professionals for these major projects. All other facets of maintenance would be yours.
Spouses are welcome to apply for other open positions in Direct Care and in our onsite school. If a couple has children under the age of 5 one parent may work only part-time. Children over the age of 5 may attend our onsite private Christian school at no charge.
This position requires:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- At least eighteen (18) months of education and training beyond high school level in general maintenance and repair, or a closely related field.
- Have two (2) years experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities that would include the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures. Formal training in related fields will substitute on a year for year basis.
- Be able to pass a fingerprint-based, criminal history background check.
- Must have a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record. If from out of state, must be able to obtain an Idaho Driver’s license within 30 days of hire.
- Must be in good physical health, able to lift at least 50 lbs, bend, climb stairs, stand, sit and/or walk for a duration of at least 30 minutes.
- Must pass a TB (Tuberculosis) screening test.
General Responsibilities:
- To work under the direction of the Chief Administrator and other administrative staff and be responsible for coordinating the work of employees and volunteers in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment; maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems; performing the work of employees and other duties as required.

Christian Children's Home Direct Care Staff - Marsing, ID

We provide a home for children from failing or failed adoptions (both US & international). All of our youth have experienced early childhood trauma and struggle with attachment. Many are dually diagnosed with other emotional issues.
This opening is for an energetic, ministry-minded couple to serve as Direct Care Staff with boys or girls ages 8-18 or in any combination of any two open positions. Work Camping Couples, Summer 2019 - Show Low, AZ

WANTED: 3 work camping couples to work from May 1 through September 30, 2019 in our 55 plus community.
Each couple will work a combined 25 hours weekly with 2 consecutive days off, unless there is some event or circumstance that may dictate a need otherwise. Work days include some evening and weekend duties. We are looking for work campers that can also cook a few days each week outside of their normal 25 hour schedule. Hourly wage for work outside of regular work schedule.

Set up and break down tables for Bingo.
