Work Camping Position - Blountville, TN
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
TN: Workcamp in Blountville, Tennessee (North East TN). We are a small ADULT only campground containing 35 RV sites, 4 Cabins, 2 Apts., and a bath house.
We are looking for a work camper couple or single that is willing and able to help out with the day to day operations of our campground. Duties will include but not limited to office/store, grounds maintenance/general maintenance, pumping propane, cleaning of cabins/apartments (when needed) and bath house.
We are offering a full hook up site with cable tv, wifi, $10.00 laundry allowance per week (laundry must be done in our machines) and .30 per gallon discount on propane in exchange for 30 hours per week.
We would like a work camper/work campers looking for year round placement, but are open to other options.
Workcamper Couple - Alamosa, CO

We are looking for an experienced work camper couple for the 2019 season. Come join us in the beautiful San Luis Valley surrounded by the Sangre De Cristo and Rocky Mountains! Our campground is 4 miles east of Alamosa in the south central area of Colorado.
Workampers must be cheerful, positive and friendly towards guests and other staff members at all times. Workampers should have the ability to work with a variety of people and situations.
Inside person: Basic computer experience and good people skills are required. Primary duties include using our programs to handle reservations and registrations as well as store sales; maintaining cleanliness around the store and office area.
Outside person: Primary duties include escorting campers to their sites, campground cleanup, propane dispensing, groundskeeping, and performing basic maintenance. Other maintenance skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical skills are helpful. Swimming pool maintenance experience is a plus.
Both workampers are also required to share in cleaning cabins and restrooms with other staff members when needed. In addition we serve pizza and when needed workamper couples need to assist in the making and delivery of pizzas to our campers.
Our campground is at an altitude of 7500 feet, so working and living at this altitude must be taken into consideration when applying. Our campground can at times be fast paced, Men need to be able to lift minimum of 50#, ladies lift minimum of 10#.
Compensation: Full Hook up site: for 20 hours worked per couple per week. We have 30 and 50 amp full hook up sites available. Additional non-site hours are paid at a competitive workamper wage (negotiable depending on experience) per hour. Hours worked could total up to 25-30 hours per week per person with 3 consecutive days off a week. Propane would be at cost. Uniform shirt is provided. Store discounts are 25% off. There is also free wi-fi at the campground.
Kitchen/Wait Staff/Housekeeping - Rye, NH

We are currently looking for applicants (age 18 and older) for seasonal work on Star Island, Isle of Shoals, off the coast of Portsmouth/Rye. Kitchen, wait staff, and housekeeping positions are available, as well as postions requiring strong customer service and cash handling skills. Residency on Star is required 6 days/week. Employment period: mid-June to mid-September, depending on availability.
These positions can be extremely rewarding. Indeed, many lives have been positvely influenced, and even careers determined, by spending a summer working on Star. Working on Star is more than just getting a job- it is about joining a community of interesting, talented, and hardworking individuals. Seasonal resort innkeeper couple - Beaver Island, MI

• Organization: Hotels have a lot of moving parts, from guests to maintenance, to events to budgets and scheduling. Hotel managers need to keep it all organized.
• Problem-Solving: Need to be able to think quickly on their feet and make decisions when problems come up.

Summer Campground Job - Silver City, NM

We are a overnight and annual lease park. We are in immediate need foor a couple with an RV to serve in maintenance, office, and housekeeping positions.

Job requires keeping up the curb appeal, general cleanliness and efficient function of the site. MUST be able to walk the long hallways and go up and down ladders when required.
