The 100+ year old Kitchen Craft Company of West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking a confident individual or couple to demonstrate and sell Healthy Cooking Systems at trade shows, expos and other regional events.  Our demonstrators perform informative and entertaining presentations on healthy meal preparation, teaching customers how our products lead them to a healthier lifestyle.

Kitchen Craft provides complete on the job training, schedules and pays for all of your events and advertising, and we process and ship all of your orders.  You set up the display, tell our story, close the sales and earn the profits.  If you enjoy some travel, speaking to groups and are passionate about health and wellness, we are for you.

Duties include:

• Performing informative and entertaining demonstrations
• Creating inspiration and enthusiasm about Kitchen Craft products
• Successfully closing sales
• Transporting and managing the exhibit
• Building rapport with clients
• Communicating with the office regarding sales and scheduling
• Generating weekly reports

Two person team desired to operate park in Cahokia IL. You will be reporting to my wife and me. No corporate bull and you are not micro managed. Very nice double wide to live in. Park has 120 spaces with about 78 occupied lots. 

You can see the Arch in downtown St. Louis from the property. Inside person works on marketing and rent collection ( rent collection is generally a 2 hour period Monday - Satruday) outside person cuts grass, cures violations, repairs streets etc.
