Looking for an Inn Keeper (s) for 2019 season, starts in March.

Job description:

Located In Beautiful Moab, Utah. We are dedicated to Green Practices and Organic food. (we are solar powered) Wishing for a like minded staff...We pay special attention to extra clean environment and beautification. 

5 bedroom BnB, full organic breakfast, Large floral gardens surround the lodge. 

No pets, No Tobacco Users. 

Responsibilities of the full-time Innkeeper(s) are: (approximately 35-45hours per week)

Monitoring online calendar and reservations with Cloudbeds and Airbnb.  To include maintenance of calendars. 

Training and managing staff for 2 days of cooking/housekeeping and possibly landscaping.

Grocery shopping

Greeting and checking in guests, or following thru with check in communications. 

5 days a week of :preparing and serving Full Hot breakfast and clean up. 

5 days a week of Housekeeping duties including vacuuming/mopping, bathroom cleaning, making beds, dusting, washing and folding laundry,

weekly maintenance of floral beds surrounding the building. 

Applicant will agree to minimum of 9 month commitment up to 1 year. Season starts in March, 2019-Nov 15.

expect: Free housing of 1 x large one-bedroom/master bathroom with jet tub/shower/walk in closet, shared living dining area and kitchen with the other staff. Free Wi Fi and utilities. Guests are not allowed in the InnKeepers area, however other staff will use the laundry/kitchen and walk thru the living area. If you are the only staff for the day, the place is all yours!

Negotiated monthly salary amount depending on experience. Vacation and time off will be negotiated at hire (2 weeks in August and 4 weeks in winter season). Position would fit a couple or a single applicant. 2 years or more of Hospitality or Service industry experience is required, landscape knowledge is a plus. Must be passionate about using earth conscious choices.

We are currently looking for house parents for our Therapeutic Residential Program. Our house parents provide a safe and loving, home like environment, together with a strong treatment based program.  The boys we serve are victims of abuse and neglect and therefore have significant mental and behavioral health issues stemming from their traumatic pasts. The house parents work closely with the entire administrative and clinical team to provide outstanding, effective treatment for the boys who reside here. 

Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Florida driver’s license and the ability to pass a MVR Check
• Pass stringent background screening
• Live in position that is 3 ½ days per week and must stay on campus days and night throughout the shift. A new shift will be starting in September, that will be a 7 day on and 7 day off shift, where the couple is able to live in the home full time.  
• Two years experience working with children, preferably children who have behavioral and mental health challenges.
