Mature couple needed to live in charming one-bedroom unfurnished guesthouse with modern appliances, garage, porch, and mountain views in Phoenix, AZ area.  

Principal duties include watching main property when owners are away, part-time handyman/maintenance work, pool maintenance, laundry.   Your friendly dog or cat is welcome.  Compensation is mainly living rent-free in guesthouse; small salary possible depending on extent of duties.
