Self Storage Team Needed - Valley , WA

We are a small privately owned company looking for a semi-retired working couple to manage a small storage unit facility.

The couple will be responsible for booking reservations, checking customers in and out, and general book keeping. Also responsible for light building and property maintenance so must be able to climb ladder to paint etc and actively weed, rake, spray, and walk behind mower or shovel doorways to take care of of property. We are looking for a friendly and outgoing team who are experienced in day to day operations and can make make sound business decisions, offers excellent customer service, has professional telephone skills, is well organized, and are good at collections.  We are not looking for caretakers.  We are looking for a team, one there when the other has to be at doctors appointments etc. 

Communication skills and computer literacy are a must for this position. Credit card processing, online reservations and backup knowledge is a priority for both members of the team.  

Compensation includes a small salary plus 2 bedroom managers quarters with utilites paid and internet.  Additioanl bonuses available for reviving U-Haul service & supplies partnership.
