A family owned property managment company is seeking a qualified team/couple to assist in the maintenance and cleaning of an 183 unit apartment complex.

The complex is located in Northeast Ohio in Lakewood just outisde of Cleveland.

General maintenance and cleaning knowledge is required, must be able to stand, stoop, walk for up to 8 hours a day, be able to life up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

1 person will be on the maintenance staff and 1 will be cleaning the common areas of the building and cleaning of vacant apartments.
