We are looking for a bright, talented, self-motivated management TEAM for our Manufactured Home and Apartment Communities.
TEAM consists of one full time maintenance and one full time manager/ caretaker.
The right candidates will be friendly, professional and have excellent customer service skills. Must be computer-literate, positive verbal and written skills. The property managers will be responsible for a wide array of duties and tasks involved in overseeing the communities.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manager:
Answering phones, emails and walk-ins regarding rental booking and lease inquiries
Customer service skills, apartment and house showings, and sale of homes
Oversee day to day operations for communities
Common area cleaning and turn over
Prepare, review and execute leases with new and renewing residents
Collect rents, manage accounts receivable and billing on our rental software
Process resident inquiries and complaints -- enforcing community living standards
Copy and email when needed, run errands as necessary
Assist in court appearance and make appearance for eviction actions
Maintenance:
Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and rental units as needed
Grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenance
Organize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and developments
Turn over
Compensation includes manager home, utlitlites and salary.
The communities are owned and managed by Summit Management, LLC.

(I have also lain to rest a contracting/property maintenance business, which could be revived) The garden could be an income producer but so far just give away our surplus.
The future vision includes phasing out the Vacation rentals (which is the biggest income maker at this time) and transitioning to an event venue. There is a community kitchen 90% complete and a classroom/bunkhouse (75% complete), which will be the center camp for any events. We want to attract folks interested in sustainability, and self-sufficiency and building a new sustainable living paradigm.
The ideal people for managing this next phase would be what I am calling "Campground Hosts on Steroids," living on the property and managing rentals and events. However, it need not be a live in situation. Income will be from a commission on the events he/she/they will create, promote, and facilitate. If it is a live in situation, rent will be deducted as an expense from commissions.
Wintertime, we let the property rest, the other three seasons we are seeking an entrepreneur to promote and host diverse events, and to manage the day to day rentals
Our property is suitable for hosting 5 to 50 people for wide diversity of events: wild-crafting edibles and herbs, survival skills, natural building, alternative power systems, eco restoration, forest farming, small weddings, meditation retreats, team building seminars, small music festivals, permaculture events, and more... Whoever takes on this position will need to be connected in this realm and savvy in the world of promotion.

We have a small store and bait shop, 40 full hookup sites and 10 tent sites. A boat ramp, picnic facilities for parties and day use, a play ground for the kids.
Six individual bathrooms with a laundry room. " Friendly " pet friendly. Typical camp rules and regulations.
Duties would be grounds maintenance, bathhouse upkeep, trash collection, wood splitting, store help, etc..
Pretty much low stress and laid back.Flexible schedules. Couples work 20 hrs. a week, singles 30 hrs. a week for full hookup site.
Must have self contained motorhome or camper. No tenters !! Would not be expected to do what is not of your ability.
