Our Opportunity
Have you ever wanted to run a resort? We are looking for a bright, talented, self-motivated management team for our Sand Lake Resort property. An example of a team dynamic that has worked in the past for us is that one person would work part time in the office or cleaning, while the other person would work part to full time in maintenance and facility care. This position is very hands-on. Part of the compensation for this position is onsite living quarters with all utilities paid.
The resort is owned and managed by Summit Management, which owns several other rental properties and manufactured home communities in Minnesota. The Summit Management headquarters is located in Stillwater, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phones, emails and all inquiries
• Management of reservation system
• Respond to all guest requests is a timely and professional manner
• Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and rental units as needed
• Grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenance
• Staffing the office and office administration
• Manage independently all customer relations including inquiries and concerns
• Run errands as necessary
• Routine housekeeping of cabins including laundry and cleaning
• Organize, assist (and lead) with miscellaneous projects and developments
• Maintain equipment for the resort
• Rental boat upkeep and maintenance
Key Requirements:
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Must be friendly and knowledgeable in order to assist guests
• Computer experience
• Must be able to work well as a team and complement each other's skills
• Previous Maintenance Experience
• Ability to maintain and work resort equipment including but not limited to: boats, lawnmower and snow blower.
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Assistant Manager and Maintenance Person - Stevens Point, WI

We are looking for an Assistant Community Manager and a Maintenance person for our developing mobile home community in Stevens Point, Wisconsin
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing all on-site operations under the supervision of the Property Manager. We are looking for an organized individuals with great customer service skills.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Customer Service and resident interaction
- Collect rent, issue late notices, and attend eviction court
- Keep tenant files updated and organized
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Inspect grounds and vacant homes as necessary
Candidates should possess:
- Strong customer service skills

You will receive a salary and 2 mid-week days off to explore the area. If you like to ride ATVs some of these sites would provide perfect summer fun for you. Some are close to excellent fishing opportunities. Huckleberries abound during late July andd August. Invite your kids/grandkids to visit and take them to the famous Silverwood Adventure and Water Park. There is so much to see and do, you won't possibly be able to do it all in one season! Most sites are great for solar panels. Pets are welcomed as long as they are well mannered.
