Management Team for Mobile Home Park - Southern, CA

We are looking for an experienced resident couple for shared management responsibilities of a 25-home mobile home community in the foothills of Southern California, approximately 25 miles from Santa Clarita. This is a full time, long term position.
One person working in the office doing all aspects of office and administrative work, the other person working outside doing certain aspects of routine property maintenance.
Primary responsibilities include the general onsite operation requirements of a typical all age mobile home community. This includes maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the property, processing rents, providing ownership with accurate and timely reporting, maintain organized resident files, enforcing community rules/regulations, and work effectively and cooperatively with residents and outside service vendors.
Specific community maintenance requirements include grounds upkeep, routine maintenance projects, meter reading, equipment operation and maintenance, troubleshooting minor plumbing and electrical issues, etc...
Previous manufactured housing community experience a huge plus, including knowledge of the CA MHRL and Fair Housing Laws. Must possess strong communication skills and be proficient in using computers for administrative functions.
Salary is DOE along with private residence. No specific timetable for hiring, once we find the find applicants.

Administrative duties include greeting existing and prospective customers, handling inquiries over the phone, internet and in person, renting storage units, completing leases and other related paperwork. This facility does rent a large amount of U-Haul trucks, and this is a part of the business.
Maintenance duties include sweeping, cleaning, yard work, snow plowing, and other maintenance activities as may be required.
Hours: Managers - 45 hours per week each
Pay: Up to 55,000 per year for the team
Bonus: We have very unique bonus program. Existing managers within the company make between $10,000 & $40,000 per year in bonus. This is on top of their existing base pay. We pay well for performance.
Benefits: Fully paid for onsite apartment is provided, with basic utilities paid (gas, water,
electricity). Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer health insurance.

-General housekeeping which includes cleaning rooms, bathrooms, daily laundry of linen, cigarette removal and sweeping of exterior patios and walkways
-Daily cleaning of patio furniture surfaces and maintaining appearance of property
-Daily removal of plant debris from pool

-Responsible for additional assignments delegated by owner
Requirements:
-Must be able to kneel, walk, carry and lift objects
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

The joint roles include maintenance of lawns, pathways, ponds, gardens, buildings and other structures plus cleaning of domestic dwellings and a guest accommodation cottage.

Fitness (There is a lot of grass slashing, gravel path maintenance, clearing fallen trees, weed spraying, house and roof painting, gardening etc.)

Day to day operation and management of Sedona BnB. Upscale BnB located in red Rock Country, the Village of Oak Creek, Sedona, Arizona. 3 Bedroom 3 Bath bed and breakfast on 1.62 acres with owners’ home and 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Innkeeper’s cottage.
Responsibilities- You would be responsible for all day to day activities including managing reservations, guest communication before and during their stay, preparing a daily “breakfast pastry basket” for each room, cleaning/sanitizing and preparation of rooms after each guest stay, cleaning and disinfecting of common areas, supply management, coordination of any special events and coordination with regular vendors, potential to deal with any emergency that might arise.
This is a salaried full time position, 5 days a week (days off to be determined) The salary is $33,000 year, on site housing in 2 bedroom Innkeepers cottage with private yard (utilities and internet are included, housing value $16,500), plus bonus (equal to 10-18% of salary)
2 weeks paid vacation after 12 months. Room for advancement as we own and operate other vacation rentals in the area.
