FEATURED JOB OPENING: Storage Management Couple - Castle Rock, CO

Join our team! We are looking for a mature management team to manage a self-storage facility in Castle Rock, Colorado. 

This is a sales and customer service position. Candidates must have excellent telephone and communication skills, good computer skills and a strong attention to details. We are looking for people with personal integrity and no criminal record. We will be performing a background check. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises, so smokers please do not apply. This facility does a large amount of business so go getters who can multi-task are ideally suited to this facility. U Haul is also part of the business which we also do at a large volume

Administrative duties include greeting existing and prospective customers, handling inquiries over the phone, internet and in person, renting storage units, completing leases and other related paperwork. This facility does rent a large amount of U-Haul trucks, and this is a part of the business.

Maintenance duties include sweeping, cleaning, yard work, snow plowing, and other maintenance activities as may be required.

Hours:              Managers - 45 hours per week each

Pay:                 Up to 55,000 per year for the team 

Bonus:            We have very unique bonus program.  Existing managers within the company                                 make between $10,000 & $40,000 per year in bonus.  This is on top of their                                     existing base pay. We pay well for performance. 

Benefits:         Fully paid for onsite apartment is provided, with basic utilities paid (gas, water,

                        electricity). Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer health insurance.
