Compensation includes hourly wage and on-site cottage with all utiliities paid.

Located in Big Sky, Montana, we are the community of choice for families in pursuit of the finest mountain club experience. The Housekeeping Room Attendant will be responsible for performing all daily tasks associated with housekeeping duties for cleaning guest rooms and homes.

• Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas
• Change linens, make beds, organize collateral on tables, straighten furniture, dust and vacuum, empty trash
• Display a courteous and helpful attitude towards guests and co-workers
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all guest rooms
• Perform other duties as assigned

Applicants must be able to stand, walk, handle or feel objects, tools, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl; talk, hear; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally climb or balance. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and sometimes lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Exert physical effort in being able to clean multiple rooms per shift.

We offer a signing bonus; and access to local housing for rent for the season only (housing is on a first come, first serve basis). Full time positions are eligible for benefits.

Looking for a Management Couple for a 100 space mobile home park in SW Louisville - Riverport Area
Basic Management tasks will require approximately 10-20 hours/week
Maintenance and ground keeping another 10-20 hours/week

Closely monitor operations of park
Firm collections policy
Respond to inquiries immediately
Monthly invoicing of residents
Distribute other notices on a timely basis
Coordinate advertising – craigslist/other
Show/preview homes for sale
Screen new residents
Interact with contractors
Familiar with Eviction Process in KY
Comply with Fair Housing Laws
Experience using RentManager or another property management software
Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and rental units as needed
Grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenanceif possible
General knowledge mobile home installation a plus

DOMESTIC CARING COUPLE - CHATHAM , NY

We are looking for a responsible couple that loves nature, kids and dogs. Responsibilities range from caring for our home and dogs while we are away, help flower and vegetable garden and general landscaping. 

We have two energetic boys ages 4 and 6 years old. They have been out of school because of Covid, so we need help with activities and general care. Speaking Spanish is a major plus as we are raising them bilingual.  

There is a gorgeous light filled 1300 sq foot private apartment on the property that would be for you. It has it's own rasied bed garden for vegetables, compost box, parking area and all the ameneties of a nice home. We live on a beautiful 20 acre property on a river with forests and fields. We live a 2 hour train ride from New York City and 2.5 hours from Boston driving. This can be a work/trade situation or full time paid arrangement.
