Beautiful Resort in Rio Grande Valley Texas, an over 55 community, is looking for a full time Park Manager, with relaxed summer hours, and pay year around.Park Manager will provide an exceptional experience to 233 lease holders/owners, while working comfortably with employees, leaseholders, renters, and the public. Park Manager must excel in customer service, take pride in their work, be reliable, work independently and be a strong problem solver.

Job duties include but not limited to: • Be spokesperson for W&I Resort • Visually inspect grounds to help secure a safe environment • Collaborate with Board of Directors • Collaborate with Building and Grounds Chairman • Manage all inside and outside employees • Manage all office activates (Financial reports, budget, contracts) • Provide guidance to volunteers • Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Website Management) • Must hold or obtain Notary Public Certification

This full time position is offered with benefits, and a salary range of $28,000 to $33,000, commensurate with skills and experience.

Mobile Home Park Management Team - Kings County in Central Ca, CA

• Property management team to oversee manangement and maintenance.
  Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
• Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit.

On-Site Management Team for Mobilehome Park

We are currently seeking a full-time management couple for a Mobilehome Park in Barstow, CA. This family park contains more than 150 mobile home spaces with a number of amenities.

We are looking to hire a couple for the On-site Manager and Maintenance team for our Mobilehome park.

The Onsite team will be responsible for the daily operations of the property while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with all employees and residents.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Ability to walk the community daily
Ability to use computer, email and rent collection software
Bank deposits, reconciliation of monthly billing
High level written and verbal communication skills and documentation
Able to work with and understand general plumbing, electric, sewer issues
Responsible for handling emergencies and calling appropriate vendors to service these emergencies when needed
Routinely report updates of the community to Ownership and Management
Prior experience in residential management a plus
Mobilehome and/or apartment management experience is a plus
