Workcamper Couple - Jonesborough, TN

Small family owned and operated campground is seeking a friendly couple to assist in bath house cleaning( only open for tents and pop ups), turing 2 caboose rooms, and 2 glampers, mowing, grounds work, office work including taking reservations, as well as helping our guests. Each couple will work 34 hours per week in exchange for a full hook up site, electric, cable TV, basic WIFI, and 2 loads of laundry per week. We are located in beautiful Jonesborough in East TN. Hiking abounds and we are 10 miles from the historic district. We are 17 minutes from Johnson City. We are directly on the Nolichucky River. You must be self sufficient in income as this position does not offer a salary.

Camp Host(s) - Cascade, ID
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for a campground host (couple or single) in beautiful Cascade, Idaho! Do you like being out in the fresh air? Fishing? Camping? Some or of all of this? Then come be a volunteer camp host for the Treasure Valley YMCA & the Idaho Department of Fish & Game (IDFG). This position is at Horsethief Reservoir Access Area Campground just eight miles east of Cascade, Idaho.
Applicants must possess their own RV, be willing and able to represent both the YMCA and IDFG in a friendly and professional manner and be interested in helping users enjoy the outdoors. The position starts June 1, 2020, ends September 30. We will consider shorter stays. You live at the Reservoir. In exchange for a site*, you will help keep a record of campers and with the collection of fees, clean sites, firepits and sanitize vaulttoilets, remind campers about campground rules. You must enjoy meeting and talking with people, not mind physical work (cleaning - about 30% of the job) and be able to enjoy the great outdoors. Shirts and baseball cap provided. All equipment needed for the job is provided. You will be using UTVs, one with a trailer for firepit clean-out.
In exchange for a site, you will work seven days on/seven days off, with about 20 – 25 hours of work for the week you are on duty. On your off days you are free to leave and go explore this great area of the country.
* We currently have a mixture of host sites – some with utilities installed and some, where utilities would be provided. These dry-docking sites are within the campground loops and are shaded. You will be provided with a generator if needed, pumping of your tanks and fresh water as needed. The full-utility sites are in an open admin area.

Manager:
Customer service skills, including but not limited to:

Schedule showings with prospects and purchase process of homes
Oversee day to day operations of community, including site inspections
Prepare, review and execute leases with new and renewing residents
Collect rents, manage accounts receivable and billing on our rental software
Process resident inquiries and concerns -- enforcing community living standards
Run errands as necessary
Assist in court appearance and make appearance for eviction actions
Maintenance:
Maintenance, repairs, replacements, and upkeep of property and rental units as needed
Grounds keeping, including snow removal and lawn maintenance
Organize and lead with miscellaneous projects and preventative maintenance
Compensation includes manager home, utilities and salary, plus bonus options

Self Storage Resident Property Manager - Apple Valley, CA

The Resident Property Manager is key to our success, and must be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the storage facility.
