Fine Dining Service/Kitchen Backup/Lodge all around - Fort Smith, MT

We are a small upscale Orvis Lodge in Southeastern Montana. Located on the Bighorn River

We need-

One person with strong fine dining room experience along with kitchen prep experience-assist the Chef with prep if needed then transition to service.

Wine service, customer service experience a plus.

One person that can work where needed- dining service, housekeeping, possible cooking back up, office support, Proshop merchandising support.

Seasonal-Immediate through end of November possible first part of December
