WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Opening for an onsite management team for a well-maintained, desirable, Senior 55+ Manufactured Home Community in Central California. Office Manager and Maintenance Manager Team will be responsible for day to day operation of the park. The right candidates will be friendly, professional, have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and have a willingness to learn. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory. Mobilehome park experience not required, training provided.
Office Manager duties include but are not limited to:
- Current and prospective resident communications
- Answer phones, emails and walk-ins
- Accepting and preparing new resident applications for processing
- Collection of rent and monthly billing
- Process resident inquiries and complaints – enforce community rules
- Maintain positive resident relations and encourage a pleasant community atmosphere
- Maintain detailed records and files including contacts
- Prepare monthly newsletter
- Coordinate and work with office relief
- The person in charge of office duties to have basic computer skills and attention to detail. Billing/Rent collection knowledge a plus, but not required.
Maintenance duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond promptly to emergencies
- Monthly utility meter readings
- Monitor and maintain park utility systems including gas and electrical.
- Monitor and maintain common areas
- Perform routine landscape maintenance
- Monitor the park and enforce community rules and regulations
- Manage supplies and inventory
- The person in charge of maintenance to be handy and have a basic knowledge of utility systems and plumbing.
Compensation package includes salary (based on experience), house with garage, utility & health insurance allowances plus additional benefits.

Work Campers Needed - West Yellowstone, MT

Work and play near Yellowstone National Park. RV Park in West Yellowstone, MT is recruiting for energetic couples to work the rest of the 2020 summer season. Starting immediately and ending October 15.
One person will serve as Groundskeeper/Custodian and the other will serve as Office/Customer Service. The Groundskeeper/Custodian position requires grounds care, cleaning restrooms and laundry facilities, trash removal, performing minor repairs and assisting RVers. This position requires being able to lift 50 lbs and a valid driver’s license. The Office/Customer Service position requires answering phones, taking reservations, using reservation software, handling cash/credit card transactions, registering and assisting guests, and retail sales. This position requires strong customer service and PC computer skills.
You will have an RV site with full hookups. Couples work the same schedules and have the same days off. Hourly wage is $10.00 per person.
Kennel Assistant(s) - Franklin, TN

Ideally this is a job for two, a couple, working together sometimes or taking shifts. The job includes cleaning kennels, working with dogs, requires a lot of walking and lifting and physical activity, monitoring dogs in paddocks, feeding, running dogs in the fields, washing dog beds, and cleaning grass paddocks. If you speak German – that’s a plus! We do not use German commands for the dogs. Our Director is fluent is German. Our dogs are British Labradors bred for hunting.
Our Kennel is located in the scenic hills of Franklin, Tennessee. We have over 400 acres where our dogs train, with open fields and hills, wooded areas and water, including the beautiful Harpeth River.
So far, we are the only American kennel that produces dogs in the US who compete in the professional field, on the highest level in England and the European continent. Our bloodlines at Riverview Farm Kennel have successfully competed in the UK for 6 generations.
Our passion is breeding British Labradors to meet two goals: to be excellent in the field; and to be pleasant in the house.

On-Site Property Management Couple/Team/Individual, 55+ Manufactured Home Community - Merritt Island, FL

Our community is located in Merritt Island, Florida within 15 minutes to the beach. We have a mix of owner-occupied and rented manufactured homes. We are a 55 and older community.
Our community has a great group of Residents and operates very easily. This position is great for a person or a team who already has some sort of regular income but would like to work a little for other compensation.
Overview
The management office is open Monday-Friday in the mornings. The manager is on-call for appointments and emergencies. We would ideally like team/someone who is around a lot so that they can keep an eye on things even when the office is not open.
The management position requires showing prospective residents available homes for sale and for rent when available, handling applications, and administering paperwork. The manager also handles move-in/move-out activity, for example, determining what needs to be fixed and cleaned after a resident moves out and then scheduling the maintenance work to be completed (park-owned homes). Additionally, the manager collects rent, updates accounting records, handles rule violations and notices, organizes some Resident activities, and communicates with contractors and off-site management. Computer work is required.
The management position may be shared or handled by one person.
Maintenance and/or cleaning work may be arranged as needed for a second person or same person for additional pay.
We are looking for team/individual that will live onsite. Long-term position. No smoking. Pets under 25 lbs at maturity will be considered.
Compensation
Management compensation includes housing, electric stipend, and salary valued at $1800 per month. Potential to earn leasing and sales commission on park home rentals and sales when available.
When available, maintenance/cleaning paid hourly based on experience. (If a team member is wanting more work, additional maintenance/cleaning work may be available at a nearby sister community).
