The positions:
School of Yoga manager
The main responsibility of this position is to create and lead the yoga experience for our guests at Costa Dulce. As our main product is a week-long retreat package, we need you to design, plan and teach the yoga part of the retreat package. Available to you are 2 yoga shalas overlooking the ocean, an almost private beach, 2 part-time yoga teachers and our temazcal. There is a lot of room for you to design the ultimate experience and we strongly encourage innovation and self motivation. Aside from managing and teaching the yoga program you also function, to a certain extent, as a host for our guests.
Requirements:
-Min. 500YTT
-1000 hours of additional teaching experience
You will be working closely with the General Manager and our Guest Experience Manager.
Sales and marketing manager
We are looking for an organized sales and marketing manager to lead the advertising and selling of our products and to create competitive advantages for Costa Dulce in the market industry. If you love what Costa Dulce stands for selling our products is not that hard. We really have great things to offer and people usually love their stay with us. We need you to use your marketing skills to generate leads which you then ultimately turn into a sale by email or by a phone call. Here a summary of your responsibilities which you will be sharing with some other team members:
-Online marketing (Facebook and Google Ads, SEO)
-Email marketing (Create and send out newsletters)
-Social Media (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram)
-Email correspondence (Sales and pre-arrival correspondence)
-Phone sales (Sell our product on the phone or in video calls)
-Reservation management (We use Bookinglayer as our PMS)
You will be working closely with the General Manager and our Guest Experience Manager.
Requirements:
-Sales experience (ideally in hotel industry)
-Marketing experience (ideally in hotel industry)
-Online marketing skills (Facebook and Google)
-Email marketing experience

Applicants for cottage and relief cottage parents must be:
1. US Citizens with a valid drivers license,
2. A Christian married couple (man/woman married at least 3 years) with a strong faith and marriage, who possess a love for living with, and raising children and adolescents.
3. Cottage parents have to be joyful and encouraging, but also firm in discipline, while providing an environment that makes the child feel loved and part of an active Christian family.
Couples with existing families of up to, but not exceeding four children are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Previous child-care experience and/or college degrees are beneficial, but not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide a stable Christian home environment for 6-10 boys as live-in house parents, (actually called “cottage-parents”). Regular day-to-day activities including but not limited to: providing a good breakfast, transporting them to and from the local schools in 15 passenger vans. Taking them to Dr./Dentist appointments etc. After school needs include helping with homework, supervising and assisting with after-school chores such as cleaning, (some boys will work with the ranch animals, and some with the vehicle program) mowing, weed-eating, and spraying. Supervising and assisting with evening activities such as bike-riding, skate-boarding, basketball, fishing, swimming, etc. The evening meal is served in the dining hall, and the entire ranch eats together as a family every evening Monday through Friday.

Camp Lockett Event & Equestrian Facility Caretaker - Campo, CA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
CLEEF, located in Campo, CA, consists of 167 acres of the original Camp Lockett Army Base, home of the Buffalo Soldiers. We are looking for an experienced leader to be responsible for minor repair, upkeep, and care of CLEEF assets, buildings, storage containers, and grounds. This caretaker role is responsible to the Facility Manager and Project Lead for a maintenance program appropriate for CLEEF members, volunteers, and clients and in keeping with the CLEEF mission and vision.
This position does not include a wage or salary, only free Full RV Hookup. All applicants must be 18 years of age to apply. Applicant must be willing to stay a minimum of 3 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a maintenance plan for CLEEF buildings, storage containers, assets, and grounds.
- Record of completion of all maintenance to include caretaker work, third party contractors, and workdays.
- Conduct visual inspections of the facility to determine needed repairs, report issues to the Facility Manager.
- Monitor work performed by third-party contractors and verify that all work is satisfactorily completed, (e.g., pest control, pumping service).
- Conduct minor repairs to grounds equipment.
- Keep buildings and storage containers clean and clear of debris.
- Keep grounds mowed, arenas groomed, and road graded to support safe use.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, assets, and cleaning supplies, report shortages, or issues to the Facility Manager.
- Keep CLEEF Board informed of progress and issues regarding caretaker responsibilities.
- Assist with CLEEF events as required to include grounds and track grooming, garbage receptacle placement and dumping, arena lighting requirements, and cleanliness of port-a-johns and bathrooms.
- Support CLEEF events which may occur on weekends or holidays.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the basic techniques of grounds equipment, grounds maintenance, and custodial services
- Ability to communicate ideas and information in a written and oral format to the Board of Directors, members, and clients
- Ability to use your initiative
- Skilled in oral and written communications

EXPERIENCE
- Experience leading and managing personnel
- Experience planning preventative maintenance plans for buildings, facilities infrastructure, and support equipment and tools
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Lead Caretaker is considered full time (40-hour week) and resides on-premise to provide other surveillance and security.
- Support Caretaker is considered part-time (25-hour week) and resides in their RV on-premise.
- Applicants must stay for at least 3 months.
- Lead Caretaker and part-time caretakers are responsible for their health and personal property insurance.
Management Position Available - Tombstone, AZ
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
TheTombstone Bordello Bed & Breakfast is looking for a responsible and dedicated couple to manage it beginning October, 2020. The Tombstone Bordello is one of the most historic spots in Tombstone, Arizona. Once an actual bordello, it is now a nine room bed and breakfast. Responsibilities include: cooking breakfast for guests, cleaning, taking reservations, checking in guests, and overall managing the daily needs of the facility. Other responsibilities would include caring for the outdoor pool and hot tub and making sure that they are kept in excellent working order for guests to enjoy.
There is an RV spot adjacent to the Bordello, so you would be able to park your rig next door. The work schedule provides two full days off, so you have time to explore downtown Tombstone, Bisbee, Benson, and other historic towns near Tombstone.
We would prefer applicants have previous experience in management, but we are willing to train anyone who is motivated to learn and has a good work ethic.
