Qualified Experienced Couple to Manage Boutique Historic Hotel/Bed and Breakfast in Cripple Creek, Colorado

We are seeking a qualified experienced innkeeper couple to manage/expand our bed and breakfast operations. The ideal couple will be semi-retired, but have a lot of energy and a desire to take on a new challenge.

The business is usually seasonal from May to October. However, the owners believe that there is opportunity for additional growth in conferences during the fall and winter months. The ideal couple would make our town their base of operations with time off for travel during the fall and winter months. 

Compensation would be a base daily rate plus housing in an onsite apartment, including all utilities. For every room rented there is additional compensation as well as additional compensation for conferences booked in the fall and winter months.
