An experienced Caretaker Couple is required to manage and maintain a large private residence, ensuring the household runs smoothly and efficiently, both indoors and outdoors. The principals travel 8 months out of the year, so the couple must be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of taking full responsibility for the property in their absence.
The ideal candidates are a professional couple with significant experience in household & vendor management, maintenance, cleaning, gardening, general maintenance, and other domestic duties.
General Property Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the household.
Ensure the home is always well-maintained and organized.
Liaise with contractors, service providers, and maintenance people.
Housekeeping:
Perform regular and deep cleaning of all areas of the house.
Laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and wardrobe management.
Care for fine furnishings, artwork, and delicate surfaces.
Maintain inventory of household supplies and groceries.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
Oversee major repairs and maintenance work performed by external contractors.
Maintain gardens, pool, cars & garage, and outdoor areas (or supervise gardening staff).
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a domestic couple in a private household.
Strong housekeeping skills, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of home maintenance and repair.
Ability to manage household budgets and accounts.
Discretion and respect for the privacy of the homeowners.
Valid driver’s licenses (both candidates).
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and Christmas holiday.
Must have Canadian work permits or ability to legally work in Canada.

Salary Range: $140K-180k

Lehman Hot Springs is one of the oldest traditions and resort gathering places in the Pacific Northwest. The hot springs has been a place for relaxation, recuperation and wellness since this region was inhabited by native tribes. With the Oregon Trail just miles away, settlers joined the tradition in the 1870’s and still today, Lehman Hot Springs welcomes and hosts guests thru all four seasons of the year.
The current owner’s family first purchased Lehman in 1925 and since then it has gone in and out of ownership of the family. In 2012, the current owner repurchased the property after a time of significant decline in the property. Since then, the family has been working to restore and rehabilitate the property so it can once again be a place to sooth and care for visitors.
These positions are an important part of that mission and play a key role in both the upkeep and maintenance of the property but also the guest experience. Currently, the resort hosts leadership retreats mostly during the summer months. Other groups, including non-profits, also use the property from time to time. The property is also frequently used by the owner’s family members and guests.

The RV Park Manager couple are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the RV park, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for guests. This role includes managing staff, park maintenance, overseeing reservations, handling guest services, and maintaining financial records. The RV Park Manager must uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring all guests have a positive experience while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services and Relations:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for guests.
- Handle guest reservations, check-ins and check-outs, coordinate site assignments, and enforce park policies.
- Staff Supervision and Training:
- Recruit, train, and supervise park staff, including front desk and maintenance personnel.
- Develop work schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain service standards.
- Maintenance and Operations:
- Ensure the RV park, facilities, and amenities (e.g. restrooms, recreational areas) are well-maintained, clean, and safe.
- Conduct regular inspections of the park to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for repairs and upgrades.
- Financial Management:
- Manage the park’s budget, monitor expenses and ensure profitability by maximizing occupancy and controlling costs.

- Oversee the reservation system and maximize occupancy rates, implementing rate strategies as needed.

- Enforce Park rules and regulations, ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests.
- Maintain knowledge of local and state regulations related to RV park operations and ensure compliance.
- Prepare for and respond to emergencies, including evacuations, inclement weather, and medical situations.
- Community Engagement:
- Build positive relationships with local businesses, authorities, and the community to enhance the park’s reputation.
- Coordinate and promote community events and activities within the park, enhancing guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management, property management, or a related field; prior experience in RV parks or campgrounds is preferred
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, financial management, and team leadership. Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a plus.
- Technical: Proficiency in reservation and billing software, as well as general computer skills (MS Office Suite).
- Other: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions:
- This role may require outdoor work in various weather conditions.

We are seeking a Live In Dynamic Duo who will take on the position of running our 6 room and 2 cabin Hotel located just 4 miles from the NE Entrance of Yellowstone National Park.
This position is for 2 people. We are a family business and we ask that our couple be nonsmoking and no drug use or heavy drinking. No Children or Pets Allowed. No Singles and No Families.
Couple must be physically able to make beds, do laundry, and be in good health overall. This is a PHYSICAL job with steps.
We are looking for a couple that is honest, energetic, hardworking, business minded, very outgoing, friendly and can handle any situation that may arise in a calm manner. You must pay close attention to detail, not to mention CLEANLINESS. We pride ourselves on CLEANLINESS and have maintained superior customer reviews. It will require both to do housekeeping. One or both will handle laundry and outside work daily. This includes weeding and care of flowers.
Must be willing to CLEAN ROOMS DAILY and adhere to cleaning procedures. You must make sure rooms are turned prior to the 3 PM check-in time. You will be responsible for all LAUNDRY DAILY. You will be required to manage guest reservations by Phone, Online, and Walk In with a professional and courteous manner. You will greet customers in a friendly manner, Check Guests In/Out of rooms and take credit card payments. Proficiency with computers, email, and internet a MUST. Experience with Resnexus Reservation system, booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo a PLUS.
Couple will live free of charge onsite in our 2011 nonsmoking, completely furnished 2-bedroom 2- bathroom house with all utilities/wifi//cable paid in addition to your salary. Time off will be an alternating schedule of working 5 days one week and 6 the next week. You will work weekends. Couple Compensation includes base salary of $3500/month with a monthly bonus based on ADR and Occupancy.
