We are looking for a couple to run a small casa rural in Spain. Cleaning, cooking, maintenance, gardening, animal care, reception of guests and all other work needed to run a small place like ours.

Looking for a hands-on couple to care for a privately owned 24 acre waterfront estate in Lakebay, WA. on the Key Peninsula. This property is often used for Personal Growth Workshops so duties will range from maintaining property/grounds to at times preparing the house and cooking simple/nutritious meals for up to 20 people. There is a heavy emphasis on landscaping related duties as the grounds are extensive with several groomed acres. There is also a garden and three goats that need to be loved. Light bookeeping, pet care, maintenance of drainage systems and hot tub, housekeeping and overseeing all work done by outside contractors are also required. We are looking for folks with a positive "can do" attitude, who are flexible, pay meticulous attention to detail, have a high level of energy and who love making a place look and feel peaceful and beautiful! Previous estate management/maintenance is a must. Compensation will include a salary based on experience and skill level plus a modest two bed, two bath home on secluded acres with a beautiful water view. Non-smokers with no children only. You can experience the tranquility in natural surroundings with birds, butterflies, and views - yet you will be only 10 minutes from the lovely town of Heredia. Bus stop at the gate and 5 minutes to lovely towns)

You will be close enough to order pizza! This is a safe, gated property, with a bus stop at the gate. Owner is living in seperate house on property so needs HOMEBODIES to be on the farm when I run errands etc . am on sabbatical for a month or two, but still need help (three to six months or longer if needed). Must spend most of your time on my property for a few hours per week taking care of the dogs and cats and a few chores. After this, you can lie in a hammock and read while keeping an eye/maybe a little help to the gardener. After the first month trial, I could afford to offer a small salary ($200 per month) to help with food, etc. I would pay for housing, electric, water, trash pick-up, and HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET By helping and waiting one month for next month salary you can prove you are not just taking a free vacation here (sorry but it has happened already). I am searching for a nice couple who love animals, dogs, and cats but HAVE NO PETS to bring along as mine would be jealous. Young children are possible if they are well behaved.
