Campground Hosts - Fingerlakes Region, NY

SEASONAL Hosts required for beautiful peaceful Campground in the Finger Lakes.

Duties to include: Registration; grass cutting; weeding; cleaning of Recreation Hall, Restrooms and two Rental Units; light maintenance work; painting etc.

In exchange for work we are offering either a full hook up RV site, to include water, sewer, cable and electric or accommodation in a Coachman 5th wheeler trailer for the season.
Season : May 1 – 31 October, 2011 or part thereof.

Duties to include but are not limited to:

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) develops, builds and manages independent living (age 55 and older) retirement communities. We currently have seven communities in four states and will be opening at least three more in the next eighteen months.

Expect to work 10-12 weeks a year. Must be willing to travel. Previous senior housing experience a plus. Training provided.

C & J's, located on the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica, is looking to hire individuals to fulfill the duties of head baker / bakery manager and maintenance / groundskeeper.

Both positions are listed separately below. The positions could be work-exchange or paid.

Baker/Bakery Manager Position

Immediate Hire

Full-time, long-term baker and bakery manager.

Necessary qualifications:

Baking experience
Customer service experience
Fluent in English, Spanish skills also preferred
In charge of ordering products, keeping track of expenses and costs, baking and cooking a variety of item, packaging and display

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in some or all of the following:
Pie dough and pie (i.e. apple, pumpkin, lime), breads, pizza, cake, cupcakes, frosting, cookies, candy (i.e. fudge, truffles, caramel), muffins, cake decoration

The individual will also work in the C & J Juice Joint, making fresh juices, preparing produce, and general cleaning duties.

Maintenance/Groundskeeper

Immediate opening, possible permanent

C & J Cabinas and MarketPlace is looking for an individual to assist in various maintenance, repair and construction projects.

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in:

Plumbing
Electrical
Basic Construction
Concrete
Spanish skills

Work-trade: We have a cabin space available for an employee or couple to live in exchange for work. The individuals must agree to work a minimum of 25 hours a week each to receive lodging. The room includes a private bathroom and shared kitchen and laundry access. Meals are not provided.

Paid position: If the individuals or couples choose to live off-site, local wages will be paid for hourly work (1200 CR colones per hour).
