We are seeking a dynamic and energetic team or individual to maintain and enhance the high standards of our luxurious 6 bedroom custom built Wellness Centre & Grounds.

The Wellness Centre / Retreat host position requires flexibility and knowledge in all areas of hospitality with a focus on creating gourmet 3 course breakfasts, guest services, facilitating each and every visit, and detailed housekeeping.

This position will appeal to a duo team who has a zest for life.

The ability to multi task from chef, housekeeper, guest relations, and coordinating is essential.

The team will be the ultimate concierge ensuring all aspects of stay are at the highest standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cook and Serve a meals of the highest quality to maximum of 10 guests at a time

- Full Responsibility of the Guest Experience. Performing various functions that include - check in/out, address guest concerns & questions, ensure all aspects of each and every retreat package has been communicated to the guest.

- Continual Daily Liaison with the Owner.

- Must have a passion for cleaning and take pride that each and every corner is spotless.

- Manage and Coordinate Wellness Packages with Guests & Yoga Teachers

- Oversee the purchase of supplies and services for the delivery of the Wellness Centre / Retreat programs and conduct ongoing inventories of Inn supplies in coordination with owner.

- Must possess a track record of providing exceptional service experiences

Grounds Keeper Role:

Complete care of the grounds and surrounding area for 3 related properties.

You will have knowledge of tools and maintenance equipment.

Attention to detail and passion for the outdoors and quality of the grounds is a must.

On site management team for manufactured housing community - Bolivar, MO

Couple for on site management of a manufactured housing community. 

Must be self starter with good people skills and physically able to do weed eating and mowing.  Plumbing and carpentry skills are a plus.  Must be organized and able to complete rental agreements, maintain records, collect rent, make deposits and rent RV spaces in summer.  Park is located 30 minutes north of Springfield, MO.  Bolivar is a college town and has a good sized hospital.  Compensation includes 16x80, 3/2 home with all utilities, phone and internet, and stipend based on abilities.  Our current managers are leaving at the end of May and you would start when they leave.  Look forward to talking with all that are interested.
