Self Storage Team Rhodes Ranch Las Vegas

Storage West self storage (storagewest.com) has an immediate opening for a resident manager TEAM for our Rhodes Ranch facility. We are seeking a 2 person team, wherein each person will work 40 hours per week. Each member of the team must submit a resume in order for the team to be considered for this position. Both members of the team must have relevant experience and be available for in-person interviews in Las Vegas.

The resident managers will share an on site apartment (provided).

Resident manager teams are responsible for the operation of the facility, including providing outstanding customer service, renting storage spaces, marketing our facility to the community, data entry, filing, answering and responding to telephone calls, banking, and keeping the facility maintained, neat, clean, and organized. Reliable transportation and a good driving record is required.

Experience working in the self storage industry or property management is a plus. Prior customer service and management experience is required. Must be friendly and outgoing, honest, organized, able to accept constructive criticism, able to learn and accept training, able to work in an office and on the grounds, be a problem solver, and more. Maintenance skills a plus. Computer skill (MS Office, Outlook, internet, etc.) is required.
