Crooked Creek Campground is an RV park located 5.6 km east of Waterton Lakes National Park. Waterton Lakes National Park is an International Peace Park with Glacier National Park in Montana The famous Prince of Wales Hotel overlooks Waterton Lakes.
We are looking for a retired couple, who will commit to the duration of the season, to work 20 hours per week, in exchange for a full serviced site which includes laundry facilities, from May 1 – September 30. The type of work the couple would do is, lawn maintenance, cleaning of washrooms, when needed cover phone and office, which includes taking reservations and signing-in customers and providing them with information of things to do in the area, and other general maintenance work as needed. Because we are located near a National park, we get many international travelers, photographers, hikers, golfers and fisherman..
Our campground has 78 sites all with a majestic view of the mountains, 33 of those sites are seasonal sites occupied by people who return year after year. With our seasonal people we gather together for potluck dinners once a month and other gatherings throughout the season. We are a very friendly and sociable group of people.

This is a TEAM position - 2 persons - single person applications not considered. Due to office staffing AND maintenance necessities, a team is required for this position. This position is for the Inland Empire / Lower Desert Areas.
The Position(s):
• Oversee TOTAL operation of facility, inclusive of minor maintenance issues, tenant concerns and corporate and upper level management communication, interaction, and performance of delegated assignments.
• Provide customer service in person, and over phone to large tenant base.
• Rent storage units and process payments.
Responsibilities:
-- Maintain a high standard of professionalism through rental process.
-- Collection and reminder calls to tenants.
-- Cleaning of office and facility grounds. MUST NOT be afraid to get hands dirty -
-- Daily, weekly and monthly financial and documentation reconciliation and reporting to accounting and corporate office personnel.
-- Daily, weekly and monthly interaction with upper level area management.
-- Demonstrated ability to market within community and acquire new business.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of -
-- Windows based PC and MS Office Suite is helpful
-- Financial reconciliation and demonstrated cash handling proficiency.
-- Prior property management in storage industry or resident manager helpful, but not required.
Abilities -
• Work independently with minimal direction.
• Organization skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others.
• Utilize technology and a variety of proprietary software programs.
• Must be willing to work at other area facilities within metropolitan area.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
Experience:
• HS Graduate/GED preferred; prefer some college (bus. admin/mgmt helpful)
• Experience in a customer service management position or assistant helpful
• Heavy phone based position experience preferred; especially sales/collections
Other -
• Valid driver’s license required
• Background check required
• Bi-lingual, Spanish/English a plus
--Willingness to work weekends is preferred; some overtime required on occasional basis; minimal travel to regional and corporate training seminars is required on quarterly and annual basis.
Need couple to co-manage motel in Madeira Beach, FL - housing is offsite while not on duty

We are looking for a couple, because we also would like housekeeping support. The housekeeping functions are separate pay and not included in this package, but we would like housekeeping functions provided by the team. We want housekeeping oversight and laundry done by our teams, because it helps ensure we are delivering a quality product. Our business motto is “clean and affordable”.
The hours will be Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 24 hours (9AM to 9AM) and Tuesday 5PM-9AM.
Compensation includes salary, 2 bedroom manager’s apartment, all utilities, two weeks vacation, and profit sharing.
Skills required: strong computer (Microsoft Excel, Word) knowledge, great people and phone skills, light maintenance, attention to detail. Social networking skills (i.e. facebook) and marketing help will be a plus.
