Management Couple for small motel and apartments Tampa area. Hands on Maintenance required with good experience, previous property management experience. Duties  include: Maintenance (all types - drywall,paint,plumbing, electrical, etc.), housekeeping, laundry, office. Compensation is $1600.00 per month plus accommodations and all utilities, plus commissions, Sundays off, 1 week vacation, Holidays  off, office hours  9am - 9pm. Thourough background check required.
