RV Park On-site Manager Couple - Austin, TX

We are a small (32 spaces) family owned RV park in the Austin, TX area looking for a couple for on-site management.

Responsibilities largely include at least one person being on the property during posted hours, greeting new tenants, assigning spaces, completing paperwork, calculating and collecting monies due, enforcing rules and regulations, passing out electric bills monthly and collecting rents on the first of each month. We are generally a long-term (monthly) park so there are rarely short term (daily or weekly) tenants in and out. The landscaping is contracted out and the bookkeeping and phone calls are handled at corporate office. In exchange we offer the monthly space rent and a $100/month utility allowance as compensation. We would like to find someone long term but seasonal is acceptable. Position is available immediately.
