FEATURED JOB OPENING: Two Person Team Property Management/Sales/Marketing - Westerville, OH

Self Storage On Site Property Managers needed for self storage facility located in Westerville, Ohio.  This is a 2-person team position (one team member works 40 hours per week, one team member works 30 hours per week). 

The management team needed for this property will possess excellent skills and knowledge regarding marketing, advertising and excellent telephone and computer skills.  We are searching for the perfect matched team who will be able to continue keeping delinquent account low but work together to increase square footage as well as keeping all other tasks completed regarding management of the property.  This two-person team will require that both individuals be knowledgeable in computer operations, have great phone skills as well as the ability to handle all aspects of property maintenance.  Previous experience is not necessary, but both candidates must pass a background check, and both must have a valid driver's license.  Position is open for January 16, 2012 state date.
