ezStorage, Maryland's largest self-storage operator, has openings for Resident Manager Teams to live on site and oversee all aspects of a state-of-the-art storage facility!

Responsibilities of this position include :
- Leasing of self-storage units
- Maintenance of the appearance and cleanliness of the property
- Handling all customer inquiries
- Sales and promotion of packing supplies
- Completion of forms and reports
- Effective use of a computer system

Requirements :
- Two person team
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong communication skills
- At least 1-2 years retail management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- The ability to work well with minimal supervision
