Resort Hosts Needed April - October 2013 at Lake Osprey RV Country Club. Luxury RV Resort on the Alabama Gulf Coas! - Elberta, AL

Lake Osprey RV Country Club is a Luxury RV Resort located in Elberta Alabama, just 20 minutes north of the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast Beaches.  We are looking for two work camping couples for spring / summer 2013.  Starting April 2013 and ending October 2013.  We have a 3 month minimum, but can divide the spring and summer months up between different groups of resort  hosts.  Free rent and utilities, no monetary compensation.  15 hours +/- per week per person.  Restricted to Class A 15 years or newer and Class C and Fifth Wheels 10 years or newer.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Management Team for a Senior Mobile Home Community in Salem, OR. This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance person & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's home, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. This Mobile Home Community allows pets upon approval.

REQUIREMENTS:

Work hours are M-F, 10am-4pm with a 30 minute lunch break and weekends off (except for occasional appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the tasks and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the key issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency and overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in a management provided home.

We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Computer skills required (Microsoft office)

Maintenance skills required

Prior Property Management experience

Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors

Manage America software knowledge a plus, but willing to train
