Couple must have experience in at least one of the following and great references from job.Rv, MH Parks, self storage, Motels or Apt complex. Job includes ooffice work and outside work like weeding mowing spraying, triming, chanmging lights,fixing a few small items for tenants, leaves raked up, rake up limbs after a storm etc. It is very small and one good women could do it but we require a man to assist. Husband can work out parttime but park comes first. It is a 5 day job 9am to 6pm and starts at $1200 month, a 3 bedroom newer MH and all utilities, tv wifi vacation bonus or $1400 and a RV site with all utilities. Salary goes ip when employee show they are manager material they are steady. We are tired of fakes that work like roadrunners lst week or so and then when the cats away the mice will play but all the tenants report on them. We treat people like we want to be treated and it becomes a family or should.
