Highly Experienced Property and Estate Management Couple required for fabulous position in Italy.
 
To start as soon as possible.
 
General Job Description
 
The successful couple will be responsible for overseeing 4 properties in total and will be responsible for the management of a team of staff. The properties are used both for personal use and commercial use with paying guests so it´s key that the couple have both a private household background and luxury or boutique hotel experience.
 
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of housekeeping, maintenance and security of all several luxury properties as well as looking after guests.
 
  • Good Italian is a must (We will not consider candidates who don´t speak a good level of Italian)
  • Property Management experience
  • Financial Control experience
  • Experience in housekeeping to the highest level
  • Background in hotels and/or large formal private households
  • Experience Managing staff
  • Managing and Overseeing contractors
  • Carrying out detailed Inventories
  • Ensuring stock control of food, beverage and other materials required
  • General maintenance of all interior areas across all properties
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best and highest quality quotes for works that need to be carried out
  • Managing and organising events
  • Excellent understanding of the care of fine fabrics, delicate items, antiques, china, etc
Salary and Conditions
 
  • Salary range: Very attractive salary to be disclosed to the successful applicants.
  • Self contained independent accommodation and costs are included.
  • An annual performance-related bonus is available for negotiation
