We are looking for a self storage resident management team to run a new construction, four story, 1,000+ unit self storage with wine storage facility in the Museum District/Medical Center area in Houston, TX. Starting Salary is 50k+.

This is a state of the art facility with climate controlled units and wine storage, all units are individually alarmed and use cylinder locks. This facility also features video surveillance, light sensors, music in hallways, and keypad entry to each floor. The office was designed by an interior designer. No truck rentals.

There is a beautiful large 1,450 sq. ft. 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor, all utilities paid.

We are a family-owned and operated company with several locations in Houston. There is a lot of growth in the immediate area with lots of deluxe homes, town homes and class “A” apartments. Previous storage experience is a plus but not mandatory.
