As the Full Time Store Manager(s), you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store including all Accounts Receivables, tenant rental and showing of the property, keeping the property clean, light sales of rental insurance and small items sold out of the stores (ex. tape, bubble wrap, boxes, etc.) and assisting with auctions of delinquent units, customer service both in person and on the phone. Domestic Couple, live-in, sought for Calgary-area property. This position reports to an Estate Manager. The couple will be responsible to participate with the general care and maintenance of the property interior and exterior care. The residence is located 20 minutes to the west of the city. The position is full-time (Thursday to Monday) and live-in. Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality guest services in a professional, courteous and accommodating manner to all shareholders, staff, guests and outside service personnel;

- Seasonal deep clean and special projects to be completed;
- Full participation with housekeeping, including laundry of beddings, linens and or/ other articles in order to maintain residence ready for guest arrivals

Requirements:
- To meet the challenges of this role, the ideal couple must be energetic, able to work well in a team, and have excellent problem solving skills. Other requirements include:
- Be physically fit and able to reach and lift medium weight objects (e.g 30lbs to 50lbs);
- Contain a valid driver's license and provide own vehicle;
- Successful completion of a background check;
- Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Previous experience with light machinery, carpentry and landscaping will be considered a strong asset.

Housekeeper & Handyman for a Seattle Estate - Seattle, WA
