Professional and experienced domestic couple is sought in Switzerland by HNW principals. The role is permanent and will require for the couple to work on a full time basis. Flexibility is a must. Amongst the requirements there will be housekeeping, laundry management, cooking for the family as well as butler duties, chauffeuring and property upkeep. The ideal couple will work in a team and will be flexible. There is a part time cleaner employed who will work alongside the couple. The couple will ideally speak Italian and fluent English. The accommodation offered is a separate 2 bedrooms house within the grounds of the estate. The role starts asap and the salary is negotiable.

The Pre-Opening Marketing Coordinator position is designed for a two person team. This position markets a new RLC community while it is under construction through 120 days post Certificate of Occupancy.
Temporarily moving to the location of the new construction is required. The Pre-Opening Coordinators will work from a sales trailer placed on the construction site until the building opens. We are currently accepting applications for our Raleigh, NC location which will open in late 2014.
Responsibilities include: • Create and execute plans of action for marketing and community outreach. • Be an active and effective leader. • Assist in the placement of advertising for the new community. • Conduct community visits to the influencers in senior living, including community and business associations. • Participate in promotional events. • Make marketing calls to prospects. • Take deposits to reserve apartments, execute rental agreements and handle all paperwork requirements for leasing apartments in the community. • Track all marketing activity in Prospect Manager on a daily basis. • Network to public prospect base to promote the community. • Assist with Construction Opening and Grand Opening Events for the new community. • Maintain an open, honest and professional relationship with co-workers, prospects and their families, visitors to the community and all vendors and guests.
The successful couple will be strong communicators and relationship builders who have previous sales and marketing experience in the senior housing industry. RLC offers a competitive salary and benefits package with a lucrative bonus opportunity to reward success.

Ranch Management Couple for 250 acre estate - Cedar Creek Lake, TX

Management couple needed for 250 acre lake front estate in Texas. This position is for the family's secondary residence and requires that candidates live on property. When the family is in residence or during special events, the schedule is a full time capacity with overtime required. When the family is not in residence, schedule is 5 days per week with minimal overtime required. One member of the couple must cook casual, family style meals. Position also includes paid vacation and competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to oversight of the following:
maintaining and effectively overseeing the smooth operation of main house, guest house, various outbuildings, cottages, barns, etc.
Menu planning, shopping and preparation for large and small family style meals when family is in residence
coordinate all entertaining and guest needs to include concierge type service for guests and hosting of guests.
general troubleshooting and handyman services for facility systems such as HVAC, Lutron, etc.
Hire, train, and supervise support staff
Security for entire property
Maintenance of all recreational vehicles to include, boats, ATVs, golf carts, etc.
Coordinate and monitor all vendors, household installations, etc. for interior and exterior
Help coordinate and assist with all special events to include monitoring caterers, etc
Household accounting, record keeping, petty cash accounts, and budgeting in liaison with staff accountant in family office
Extensive maintenance including annual task lists, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and any special projects
Animal care basics; horses, exotics, and dogs
Management and scheduling of full time maintenance crew and housekeeping staff of 5.
Care of fine furnishings, finishes, and delicate surfaces
All errands and supply procurement pertaining to the estate or guests. Some airport pick ups may be required
Organizing and managing household inventories and inventories of outbuildings
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Flexibility of schedule with availability to work overtime as needed
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and technical systems
Strong problem solver
ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
Strong project follow through
Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability
Strong knowledge of property maintenance and management
