Come work and play in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota!!
Come join our team at Hidden Valley Campground and Steel Wheel Campground/Trading Post located 6 miles south of historical Deadwood. We have a total of 95 campsites and 13 sleeping cabins. We are seeking a work and stay couple to work from May 1st- Sept 15th, 2014.
We are looking for 24 hours of work/week in exchange will include a full hookup site and free WIFI. Each couple will receive a free VIP pass to the Black Hills main attractions.
Work duties will include:
Office duties: Checking in/out campers, making reservations, accepting payments, answering phones and using computers and emailing.
Campground duties: Mowing, weed eating, cleaning campsites and cabins, minor repairs and projects related to the campground, cleaning the shower house and keeping up the campground appearance.
We do offer a shuttle van that runs our guests to/from Deadwood so a valid driver license will be needed!

MOBILE HOME PARK MANAGEMENT TEAM - Austin, TX

The ideal applicant would be a couple with Mobile Home Park management experience; Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
One member would be a personable, articulate, computer-literate management professional who would handle collections, resident relations, records keeping / reporting (using online management software), and very strict enforcement of park rules. Currently, management work takes 10-15 hours per week.
The other would be a hardworking, hands-on maintenance professional who will cut grass, work on park beautification, minor tree trimming, and solving issues with water/sewer lines as they arise. Currently, maintenance work takes 10-15 hours per week.
Compensation includes:
• Free rent in 3bd/2ba, brand new 924 sqft mobile home in the community
• Free utilities including water, sewer, trash, electricity, and Internet
• Comfortable offices in the community's clubhouse
• Salary commensurate with experience and agreed hours/workload (there may be a period of full-time work for 6-12 months overseeing remodeling work in the clubhouse and adding 10 additional homesites if the management couple is interested; otherwise, it is OK to have another job in addition to this one, which will require 10-15 hours per week, and we can hire third party contractors to oversee these two projects - let's discuss)

Building Manager Couple - Winnipeg, MB

About the Position:
Building Manager Couples play a critical role in the successful operations of our apartment complexes and in the overall success of Timbercreek. This role is primarily responsible for the general management and oversight of the property and for the supervision of staff to ensure that a superior level of co-operation, service and support is provided to tenants thereby ensuring that Timbercreek is the preferred land lord of choice. This role is full-time, live-in position.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
•Ensure that a superior level of cooperation, service and support is provided to tenants
•Promptly respond to tenant issues and service requests
Leasing:
•Must demonstrate excellent sales/leasing skills by minimizing vacancy (maintaining an occupancy rate of 100%)
•Shows prospective tenants available suites, processes tenant applications and lease agreements
•Responsible for enforcing the terms of lease agreements, such as rent collection, rules and regulations, and following procedures of serving notices to tenants
Operations:
•Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building (general maintenance and cleaning)
•Ensure the apartment complex is maintained and cleaned in accordance with company standards
•Pro-actively inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine if repairs or preventative maintenance is required
•Responsible for “move-in, move-out” procedures.
•Assists in training on-site staff (Assistant Building Managers, Maintenance Associates and Cleaners) on Operational procedures
•Ability to represent company at Landlord Tenant Board hearings
•Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
•Completion of High School or general education degree (GED)
•2+ years of related experience in a customer service or related role
•Exposure to the multi-residential or other related industry asset class would be considered an asset
•WHMIS certification would be an asset
•Experience with Fire Life Safety & Building Inspections would be an asset
•Knowledge of current laws, legislation and rights concerning tenants would be an asset
Technical Skills:
•Building / Property Maintenance
•Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting
•Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools
•Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, email, internet)
Other:
•Must be willing to live on-site
•Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends)
