We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Home Community Manager Team in Arlington, WA. This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's house, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. This Mobile Home Community allows pets upon approval.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are a normal weekdays with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required. We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background check, but perfect credit is not required.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Review and screen potential applicants - Rent Collections - Eviction process as necessary
Fill Vacancies (if applicable) - Home sales (if applicable) - Prepare Monthly reports
Maintain organized resident files - Enforce park rules and follow all applicable safety procedures
Promote positive resident relations through various programs, such as newsletters, activities, or potlucks
Work effectively, cooperatively, and respectfully with co-workers, clients and other contacts
Park Maintenance - Property Inspections

Camp Civitan, Civitan's longest running and most beloved program, offers week-long camp sessions throughout the summer, and weekend adventures during the balance of the year. Camp Civitan is a 15-acre wheelchair accessible facility for children and adults with developmental disabilities located in Williams, AZ. This program offers campers a variety of enriching and fun experiences that promote positive self-esteem, teamwork, socialization, and healthy activities. Description- Civitan Foundation, Inc. is seeking a couple to assume the Director's role at Camp Civitan. This couple would be responsible for operating consistently within the standards, mission program guidelines and philosophy of the Civitan Foundation. Responsibilities- The couple would: oversee entire Camp Civitan program from planning to program delivery; provide case management for participants providing regular contact and support for clients; manage/supervise the selection, hiring and management of all staff; manage purchasing for programs; manage program partner relationships; promote Civitan Foundation in the community; and maintain positive parent, public, and community relations; promote facility to specialty groups & like organizations throughout the year, except during summer and weekend camping programs; maintain camp office and communications; guest accommodations including supervision of housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness of camp; ensure DES/DDD regulations are met, required reports completed, and all paperwork in order for annual inspection; and grow camp occupancy in line with our strategic plan by 2015. Requirements- The couple must have sales & marketing experience, strong organizational skills, as well as an ability to create programs & execute them. They must be organized and detailed with demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously. They must be a mature, self-starters with at least three years of camp management experience, five years leadership experience (preferred in a camp setting), knowledge of camp regulations, positive camp spirit, conflict resolution skills, First Aid / CPR certifications, and a general knowledge of facility management. They must also have a current driver's license and valid auto insurance coverage. Additional Info- This position is 25% camp-based (Williams, AZ), lodging provided, and 75% office-based (Phoenix, AZ). Compensation commensurate with couple's qualifications and experience. Private party is seeking an active retired couple (or individual) to live on property comprised of farming and hunting grounds near Parma, Idaho. Duties include: lawn care and grounds keeping, light irrigation, light cleaning & maintenance, perimeter security, etc. (Approximately 60 hours per month during the winter months, and 80 hours per month during the summer months.) Compensation includes a home with power, water, heat and large garden space, plus an additional $800 monthly stipend.
