The successful candidate will be service oriented with exceptional communication skills. Property management experience a plus, computer skills, excellent phone and written communication skills, organized and resourceful, ability to work well with others, need an out-going personality with enthusiasm for achieving goals, providing excellent customer service, able to work flexible hours, including weekends. Minimum of 2-years Manager/Maintenance background. Knowledge of basic electric, plumbing, general carpentry/handyman skills, and must be able to maintain the pool, spa and equipment. Some of the duties include: rent collections and billing, day to day operations of the community, resident relations and basic maintenance issues that arise in the community.
