We are seeking friendly, motivated and professional couples and individuals who are interested in providing an unforgettable experience to our guests while enjoying their own mountain living year-round.

Bear Lodge Resort, Elk View Inn, and Arrowhead Lodge have something to offer for every season. Summer guests are typically tourists, families, corporate groups and wedding parties who are sightseeing or just want to hold their events in the cool mountain air. Fall in Wyoming means hunting season. Our abundant and diverse wildlife attract hunters from across the country. The area is known for its numerous hunting opportunities and its Blue Ribbon Fishing.

Snowmobile rentals are available for winter guests who are drawn to our 342 miles of groomed trails, 49 miles of ungroomed trails and thousands of acres of unbroken powder meadows.

We are gearing up for our busy summer season and are seeking self-motivated, experienced applicants for the following year round positions (seasonal considered ): Front Desk Staff, Housekeeping, Cooks, Bartenders, Servers, and Maintenance.

Room and Board

In addition to a monthly salary, we provide a full room and board package to our employees. All housing is on-site. Rooms are single occupancy, but housing options may be available for families and couples. Depending upon availability, room options include rooms under the main lodge, cabins, trailers, a modular and RV hookups. Bed linens and laundry facilities are also provided for employee use. Employee pets are allowed at the management’s discretion.

Employees are permitted three meals per day, seven days a week. When scheduling permits, employee meals are served family style in the main meeting room.

Free wireless Internet access is available in the lodge itself and extends to much of the employee housing. Many of the employee rooms have free satellite T.V.

Getting Here and Getting Around

Transportation to and from the 3 properties is primarily the employee’s expense. We may consider reimbursing a portion of relocation costs for certain positions after the employee has successfully completed their 90-day trial period. Please consider the cost of round-trip transportation before accepting a position.

FEATURED JOB OPENING: Work Camper Hosts - 2 days a week - Elko (near Perry), GA

We are in need of a friendly work-camper couple to join our Twin Oaks team, and support our resident managers.

We are a 70 site RV park, located in Elko, Georgia, near the National Fairgrounds in Perry, GA. The park accommodates overnight guests as well as weekly and monthly guests. We are an easy-access big-rig park with additional sites for smaller trailers and tent camping, near I-75 at State Rt 26. Although you can't see the highway, you do hear some highway noise, however overall, we are fairly rural with lots of trees. Our RV park is one of the friendliest places around, and it's safe and neat (check out our reviews online). The historic town of Perry is about 8 miles up the road, with the very busy Georgia fairgrounds just 7 miles away. We also have other historic sites and museums in the area (links to these are on our website).

One person would work in the office/camp store. This requires experience in taking telephone reservations and posting them (paper and pencil style) in our reservation book, store operation (cash register), accounting for money, and great customer relation skills.

The other would be in a general maintenance position, working under our resident manager. This includes knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and general RV park maintenance as well as leading RVs into their site with a golf cart, cheerfully helping our guests and answering questions. We also have a pool and jacuzzi hot tub that require a bit of daily maintenance, which you can easily be trained to do.

Both must be physically fit, work well with others, and be willing and able to take direction. We all work as a team here at Twin Oaks and our resident managers are always there to help and support you if needed.

We offer a nice compensation package in exchange for your two days a week of work. You will have a premium RV site with 50/30 electrical service, water, sewer, wi/fi, a laundry allowance, and free propane. Plus, you are paid an additional monthly stipend of $400 per couple.

Our resident managers are flexible as to which two days you work. Currently, the schedule is set for Sundays and Mondays.

Mobile Home Park Management Team Needed - Fostoria, OH

We are looking for a personable, honest, hardworking couple to fill a position for an on site manager/maintenance team/couple in northern Ohio.  The couple would manage a mobile home park that has over 100 lots that mix park-owned homes, tenant-owned homes, houses, and one small apartment complex.

The successful applicant team/couple must be able to maintain the grounds and budget the finances of the property, including: Manage and solve tenant issues, collections, evictions, showing homes, and getting flipped homes ready to rent.  They also must know how to do the hands-on maintenance (handyman/repairs) duties.

Gladwyne, Pennsylvania Jewish family seeks a Couple for their new casual home. The family includes 4 children ages 13, 11, 7, and 4, but no pets. This is an outstanding family with a history of keeping staff for a long time. You will be replacing an employee who was with them for 6 years because of their move to a new, larger home. They have also employed a full-time nanny for the past 11 years. Responsibilities of this position includes healthy meal preparations, menu planning, serving, and clean-up; all housecleaning; chauffeuring of children; running errands; laundry and ironing; gardening; home security; some record keeping; decorating for parties; caring for guests; some childcare as needed to back up the nanny; organization of closets and supplies; and caring for marble, antiques, paintings, interior windows, crystal, metals, the spa, and other high-end items requiring specific knowledge. They will not accept smokers and offer Sundays and Mondays off. They will train for Kosher cooking. Previous experience working in a home of wealth or equivalent in professional training is required. Gates Mills, OH family is seeking a Couple to care for their home and property. The gentleman will be responsible for caring for large and small animals, flower gardening, lawn mowing, snow removal, general maintenance, auto care, overseeing contractors, chauffeuring, and pool and spa care. The lady will be responsible for housekeeping, household payables, shopping, and running errands. Between them, the Couple should do everything they can to ensure the home is a sanctuary and keep all their daily life details in check. This family owns 4 homes and runs a thriving business; you may also need to check on their other homes and ensure they are well cared for, as well as possibly house sitting while the homeowner travels. Computer skills are an absolute necessity for this position. The right candidates will have upbeat personalities and be flexible, organized, able to prioritize, and non-smoking. At least 2 years' experience in this capacity is required. Salary commensurate with experience and skills and includes half contribution for health insurance after 2 months, 6 paid holidays, and 2 weeks paid vacation after one year.
