MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY MANAGER or TEAM - Lebanon, OR

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Management Team for (2) small Mobile Home Communities in Lebanon, OR. This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance person & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's home, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. This Mobile Home Community allows pets upon approval.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are a normal weekdays with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the tasks and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the key issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency and overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in a management provided home.
We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer skills required (Microsoft office)
Maintenance skills required
Prior Property Management experience
Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors
Manage America software knowledge a plus, but willing to train
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Hire, train and motivate personnel
Rent Collection
Eviction process as necessary
Fill Vacancies (if applicable)
Home sales (if applicable)
Prepare Monthly reports
Maintain organized resident files
Enforce community rules/regulations and follow all applicable safety procedures
Promote positive resident relations through various programs; newsletters, activities, potlucks, etc.
Work effectively, cooperatively, and respectfully with co-workers, clients and other contacts

Campground Hosts - Milk River, AB

CAMPGROUND HOST COUPLE REQUIRED
-one hour south of Lethbridge AB. And 10K north of the Coutts-Sweetgrass border crossing.
DUTIES:
Taking reservations and checking in campers using Campground Master, answering phones, cleaning washrooms and facilities. Cleaning cabins and paddle boats. Provide information on campground rules and on local tourism.
Cutting grass, cleaning fire pits, garbage disposal, occasional painting and ground maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Retired or semi-retired couple in good physical shape. Good communication and organizational skills.
Enjoy meeting people and helping make their stay a rewarding experience. Enjoy the outdoors. Ability to work with others as well as work unsupervised. Some office experience and yard experience is preferred. Must provide a criminal record check if hired.
Own RV (15 years or newer) and no pets. Valid drivers’ license.
RENUMERATION:
RV pad with 30 amp, water, wifi and laundry from May 1st to September 30th in exchange for approximately 25 hours a week. A flexible schedule can be worked out.

Self Storage Resident Facility Management Team - Henderson, NV

Key duties of a Storage West Facility Manager team include providing outstanding customer service, being able to sell our product (storage spaces and related merchandise), renting storage spaces, answering and responding to telephone calls and e mails about rentals, handling tenant questions, taking payments, dealing with customer service issues, maintaining the cleanliness of the property, data entry, filing, banking, marketing the facility in the community, and more. Part of each day is spend outdoors maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
Prior self storage or property management is a plus; prior customer service and sales experience is required. You must have a valid driver's license and good driving record, and you must have reliable transportation. The ideal candidate possesses an outgoing personality, has a professional appearance, is flexible to the changing needs of the business, and is a team player. Must be able to lift, carry, bend, stoop, push a broom, etc. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, written and oral, and be proficient at basic PC skills such as MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.

For Workamper Couples who would like to summer in Florida - Welaka, FL
